Currently, urban rail transport in China is rapidly developing and has become the primary mode of travel for urban residents. However, the expansion of the rail networ k has given rise to issues such as reduced environmental quality and insufficient servic e facilities in the rail station areas, making it difficult to meet the actual needs of travel lers.Improving the accessibility of rail stations in a scientific and rational manner is cr ucial for creating a high-quality travel environment.Assessing the accessibility of rail transit stations, quantitatively analyzing the relationship between station accessibility a nd spatial characteristics, and proposing corresponding planning and construction strat egies have become vital breakthroughs for the high-quality development of rail transit stations in the new era. This paper systematically studies the accessibility of rail transit stations from mul tiple dimensions, including the delineation of rail transit station areas, quantitative ass essment of accessibility, and the relationship between accessibility and spatial characte ristics, and proposes an optimal construction path for rail transit station accessibility b ased on data-driven decision-making,using open source data on the Internet. This app roach is validated by taking Shijingshan District as a practical example.Firstly,by improving the two-step mobile search method and combining the servi ces provided by internet maps and open source big data, the scope of Beijing’s rail tran sit station area is delineated, and the station accessibility is quantitatively assessed and analyzed from the perspective of supply and demand.Secondly, using machine learning and multiple spatial measures, the relationship between accessibility and spatial characteristics of Beijing’s rail transit station areas is investigated,a spatial characteristics model of accessibility is constructed, the causes o f the current accessibility situation are analyzed, and corresponding optimization paths are proposed. Finally, taking the Shijingshan rail transit station accessibility optimization projec t as an example, the study concludes that evaluating and visualizing station accessibilit y based on data can visually reflect the factors affecting station accessibility, locate are as with low station accessibility, simulate and verify optimization measures, and propo se optimization design strategies in light of current problems. In conclusion, this paper identifies the relationship between station accessibility a nd spatial characteristics of Beijing’s rail transit stations and proposes relevant optimiz ation strategies based on the results.Furthermore,it validates the effectiveness of the d ata-driven decision path for rail station accessibility optimization, combined with a pra ctical project. The aim of this study is to provide a scientific approach for quantifying rail station accessibility assessment and improvement construction and to offer ideas f or high-quality regional development. |
