| At present,the world is facing a serious situation due to greenhouse gas emissions leading to climate warming and a series of problems caused by it.Passive house can reduce the demand for ordinary energy through a series of technologies,while ensuring high living comfort,so passive house will be one of the main directions on the road of energy-saving development of buildings in China.For this reason,it is important to promote the scale of passive house.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the promotion of passive house,establishes the evolutionary game model of key subjects,then simulates and regulates the promotion countermeasures through the SD model,and then proposes the promotion of passive house.Firstly,the influencing factors in the process of passive house promotion are initially screened out through a large amount of literature combing statistics.After that,expert interviews,questionnaires and factor analysis are used to further classify and identify the promotion influencing factors,and five key influencing factors in the promotion of passive house are obtained,namely,the level of technology and quality,economic cost,government policy,publicity level and industry coordination level.Then the key interest subjects involved in the five influencing factors,namely,government,developers and home buyers,are extracted through the interest subject theory.Secondly,based on the analysis of the main game relationship,the assumption of the game system is made according to the actual situation,and the evolutionary game model of "government-developer-home buyer" is established for the key subjects in the promotion of passive house.After analyzing the evolutionary strategies of the three parties in the model,Matlab software was used to analyze the influence of the main parameters on the evolutionary results of the model.The results show that the influence of government,developers and home buyers on the promotion of Passivhaus is focused on the behavior of key players,and the degree of their influence varies with the promotion process of Passivhaus.Then,using system dynamics theory,the causality and stock flow diagrams of passive house promotion are drawn,parameter equations are established,and relevant data of Anhui Province are selected to simulate and analyze different types of policies with the help of Vensim PLE software.The results show that the passive house market is slow to develop without government promotion,and the government should focus on the formulation and implementation of technical support policies to improve the quality of passive house construction,in addition to using economic subsidies and publicity to increase the public’s willingness to participate.Finally,based on the current situation of passive house development background,combining the research results of influencing factors,evolutionary game and promotion model,we propose corresponding passive house promotion strategies from the government,developers and home buyers respectively. |
