With the continuous improvement of energy conservation work in rural areas in northern China,the construction of the overall air tightness will be enhanced,the unit area of building heating energy consumption is declining,but the problem of building new air shortage began to highlight.The traditional way of ventilation is to open the windows in the north,which will cause a large amount of heat loss in winter.Therefore,it should be based on the characteristics of the northern rural residential,design reasonable and effective ventilation measures.It can save energy and protect the environment,it also can ensure the indoor thermal comfort,thereby improving the quality of life of residents.This topic is based on a large number of relevant literature analysis and theoretical research,and studies the important indexes of evaluating ventilation effect based on the theory of residential air distribution;This paper uses the network questionnaire to investigate the current situation of rural residential ventilation in the north of China,and analyzes the data of these 5 aspects,including the characteristics of building,energy consumption,indoor pollution characteristics,ventilation and ventilation characteristics.And we selected 5 typical residential monitoring data showed that the air tightness of the northern rural residential interior enhancement,serious pollution,residential development tends to be passive ventilation,reasonable and effective measures to improve the indoor environment is particularly important.Based on the passive house,using Airpak software simulation analysis on ventilation,air conditions,comparative analysis under different conditions,the distribution of indoor temperature field,velocity field and air age distribution and PMV,PPD index.We determine the upper and lower back to the wind,the winter air supply parameters for the temperature of 24 degrees,the wind speed 2m/s;summer temperature of 26 degrees,the wind speed 3m/s.The design of working condition of ventilation system in rural passive demonstration building.Based on the design of fresh air ventilation system of passive building,according to the climate conditions,economic conditions,living habits and other aspects of the rural areas in northern China,the design of the fresh air ventilation scheme for rural passive demonstration buildings.On the basis of the conventional fresh air ventilator with heat recovery,according to the characteristics of ventilation and ventilation in northern rural residential areas,three ventilation design schemes are proposed.And the simulation results and test results of the three schemes are compared and analyzed.With heat recovery fresh air ventilation system(scheme one)and solar air preheating system(scheme two)to maintain a low PPD value in the whole year,provide a comfortable high indoor environment,while scheme two can not only improve the air temperature and staff satisfaction,energy conservation and environmental protection,suitable for northern rural residential passive ventilation system.Negative pressure air system(scheme three)with low initial investment,can provide high comfort of indoor environment in the transition season,summer,and better ventilation airflow organization form,high efficiency,suitable for use in non winter conditions,if used in winter,to solve the problem of air preheating.The continuous development of the construction of energy-saving work in northern rural areas,this paper solves the shortage of fresh air and building energy saving problems,designed for ventilation system used in rural northern passive house,provides a theoretical basis for the design and construction of the rural northern passive house.
