The safety inspection and appraisal of self-built houses in rural areas is extremely important, which is related to the safety of the living environment and the quality of the living environment of half of China’s population. However, most of today’s agricultural houses generally have safety problems, mainly including the destruction of walls, beams and columns, building covers and other parts, and the destruction of these structures seriously threatens the safety of rural residents. This thesis takes the rural self-built houses in a county in Anhui Province as the research object, investigates and identifies them to obtain the main factors affecting housing safety, and summarizes the safety level of agricultural houses and the factors affecting housing safety in the county by using the data collected on site and R value analysis. In order to have a deeper understanding of the impact of these factors on housing safety, the influencing factors are analyzed from multiple angles to obtain the proportion of influencing factors. However, the proportion of influencing factors obtained cannot be used as a scientific reference,so the analytic hierarchy method(AHP)and gray correlation analysis method are combined to analyze the correlation degree to obtain the correlation degree of influencing factors. In addition, aiming at the earthquake resistance of rural self-built houses, this thesis selects typical agricultural houses for reinforcement analysis of engineering examples, and the reinforcement effect is good. The conclusions of this thesis are as follows:1.The R value method is used to calculate the overall housing area safety level, and at the same time according to the on-site survey data, the proportion of 6 main factors affecting housing safety is obtained.Among them, the construction time of houses was mainly concentrated from 1980 to 1990,accounting for 66.44%.Among the structural forms, the degree of masonry structure affecting house safety is less than that of brick-concrete and brick-wood form, accounting for 22.26%.Among the wall damage forms, the proportion of crack failure was 53.49%.The overall failure of minor structural damage forms accounted for 53.15%.The overall proportion of broken forms of house beams and columns was 23.59%.The overall damage of building and roof damage accounted for 40.96%.2.The judgment matrix is established by using the AHP method, and the correlation degree of the factors affecting housing safety is obtained by combining the gray correlation analysis method to further analyze the data.In the process of grey correlation degree analysis, two sets of correlation degrees are obtained by using the two methods of initial value and averaging data processing. The maximum value is 0.727 under the initial method, the minimum value is 0.499,the maximum value is 0.6447 under the averaging method, and the minimum value is 0.4969.According to the normal distribution analysis of the difference between the correlation degree of the two groups, the analysis mainly takes the degree of fitting as the goal, and the correlation degree under the initial value method is more scientific.3.In this thesis, engineering examples are selected for reinforcement analysis. The seismic ability index method was used to identify the seismic resistance, and it was concluded that the wall seismic index <1 needed to be reinforced.Combined with the actual situation in rural areas,a reasonable and feasible reinforcement scheme of structural column method was proposed, and after reinforcement, the seismic capacity index was used to review the reinforced part, and the seismic index after review was > 1,and the reinforcement effect was good.Through the research results of this thesis,it can provide an effective reference for the identification and reinforcement of the same type of farmhouse.
