| With the deepening of population aging and the encouragement of national policies on second and third births,China’s population has undergone structural changes. The proportion of the elderly and children in the community population base is gradually increasing, and the problem of "one older and one younger" is becoming increasingly prominent. As a public place with high usage time and frequency in residents’ daily lives, traditional community centers have conflicts and contradictions with the evolving population structure.Their elderly care and childcare functions and friendly attributes are facing new challenges. It is urgent to find practical and effective solutions to promote the systematic, shared, and pro life harmonious integration of the relationship between the elderly and young generations,as well as community public resources,to meet the diverse demands of the elderly and young generations, and to sprout a new model of community center.Based on the above, the article takes community centers as the main research object, uses intergenerational sharing between the elderly and young as an organizational means, and aims to meet the harmonious development of the elderly and young generations. The design and research of composite community construction are carried out in order to achieve the harmonious development of the elderly and young generations and provide new ideas for the design and development of community centers.Firstly, the paper analyzes and defines the relevant concepts and theories of community centers and intergenerational sharing between the elderly and young, divides the characteristics of the behavior and cognitive development of the elderly and young generations, explores the feasibility of applying the intergenerational sharing model to community centers, and elaborates on the advantages of using the composite design method between the elderly and young generations to construct community centers.Secondly, through community field visits and online and offline distribution of survey questionnaires, the comprehensive impact of the research results, matching methods, interactive content, interactive time, and interactive effects of the elderly and young generation group was analyzed. In addition,by further analyzing and researching excellent case designs from abroad,we will select the advantages of design based on composite thinking for reference. On the one hand,we have a deep understanding of the elderly and young generations, summarizing the multi-level needs of the two.On the other hand,we have summarized the characteristics and advantages of multi-dimensional community space integration for the elderly and young, and extracted the three major design principles of community center intergenerational sharing and integration design, namely the principle of mutual benefit between generations, the principle of open and shared integration, and the principle of resource integration and intensification. Finally, from the perspective of composite design, combined with the new needs of the elderly and young generations for community centers mentioned earlier, and based on the design analysis mentioned earlier,it is summarized and applied. The core part of this article is to propose a composite design strategy from four levels: the systematization of structural organization composite, the diversity of functional expansion composite, the refinement of shared facilities composite, and the service-oriented operation management composite.Focusing on the elderly and young generations,it provides a new model for building a community center design that is interactive, mutually beneficial, shared, and systematic among generations.Reasonably apply the research strategy in practical projects to provide reference value for future community centered questions,in order to achieve the goal of combining theory with practice. |
