Under the background of 2022 Winter Olympic Games,the construction of skiing ground in Chongli area of Zhangjiakou is in full swing.In the stage of high-speed development,the quality of buildings is uneven.Service center is one of the important public buildings serving tourists in ski resorts.It provides tourists with functional spaces such as consultation,rest and catering.A good service space will bring users a sense of belonging,identity and spiritual balance.Emotional design is a design method that integrates user's emotion into the design,which plays an important role in improving the quality of service center building.This paper takes the ski resort service center as the research object,from the user's point of view,combined with the relevant theory of design psychology,to explore the principles and methods of emotional design of ski resort service center,and then to provide some design ideas for the new or rebuilt ski resort service center.The thesis consists of five chapters,which are divided into three parts:The first part is the first chapter of the paper,which describes the research background,research purpose,research methods and research framework of the subject,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,summarizes the research status and shortcomings of spatial emotional design,and points out the innovation of the research.The second part is the second chapter and the third chapter of the thesis.Combined with the relevant design psychology theory,this paper investigates and analyzes the activity mode and the psychological demand for space of the users of ski service center,and summarizes the necessity of ski Service Center Design Based on emotional perspective by analyzing the role of emotional design perspective in space design.The third part is the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter.Based on the previous research data,this part further analyzes and summarizes the space design elements based on the three levels of user instinct,behavior and reflection,and then puts forward the advice of the space of ski service center based on the emotional design perspective.Through the research on the emotional design method of ski service center,this paper puts forward some design guidance and design methods at the spatial design level,hoping to provide some reference for the future related research and design practice,and play a positive role in improving the spatial quality of service center,improving the quality of tourists' experience,and enhancing the competitiveness of ski resort.
