Based on the concept of service design,with the five-in-one drama theory of service design as the focus and entry point,systematic research and analysis of the shared kitchen are carried out to provide design strategies for its sustainable development,try to provide solutions to the problems existing in the shared kitchen,such as lack of funds,opaque donation information,lack of brand building,difficult access to public resources,and pay attention to the needs of users.With the help of Internet technology to enhance users’ kitchen sharing service experience.Methods Through literature research,user interview,user experience map,the establishment of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs--demand iceberg model,service blueprint and other design methods,the development status of shared kitchen and target users’ behavioral characteristics and key needs were analyzed,user pain points and service opportunity points were found,and the relationship between stakeholders was deeply explored to explore the social service innovation mode of shared kitchen.Results From the perspective of service design,an operation model of "public welfare + government,public welfare + brand,public welfare + Internet" is proposed for the development of shared kitchens,so as to link the government,market and society to inject capital and resource blood into shared kitchens for public welfare.In view of users’ needs,it proposes to expand the service forms of public kitchens,design small programs to provide multiple online service needs,provide users with kitchen information query,popularize medical and nutrition knowledge,expand channels for public donations,promote transparency of donations and other functions,and improve service quality and experience.Conclusion From the macro level to innovate the operation mode of shared kitchen,from the micro level to pay attention to the real needs of users,optimize the user experience,to provide a similar public welfare shared kitchen social service innovation design methods and design strategies for reference. |
