Abstract/Summary:
Washing machine has become an indispensable appliance in the individual life.As the motivation of washing machine,the performance of motor directly determines the quality of washing machine system.Disk-type switched reluctance motor has the advantages of good speed regulation performance,high power density and high torque density,so it is especially suitable for washing machine in the working state of frequent positive and negative rotation.In view of the high cost of permanent magnet motor and the poor speed regulation performance of asynchronous motor,a disk-type switched reluctance motor controller for washing machine with good response speed and low cost is designed in this thesis.And according to the specific working environment of the washing machine,the control algorithm is improved to improve the speed stability and system efficiency.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of large speed span between washing stage and drying stage,the double fuzzy PI control strategy is proposed to improve the speed response of motor speed regulating system.Firstly,two groups of fuzzy PI controllers are designed according to PI control and fuzzy control theory,which control high speed and low speed respectively.Then the PI controller and the double fuzzy PI controller simulation system are built by Simulink simulation software.Finally,the superiority of the dual fuzzy PI control strategy is verified by the simulation experiments comparing the dual fuzzy PI controller with the PI controller.(2)The load size of the motor in the washing machine system depends on the weight of the clothes washed,and the difference in the weight of the clothes washed by the user will lead to a large change in the load value of the system.Therefore,in the high-speed stage,in order to enable the APC control strategy to automatically adjust the opening Angle according to the different loads and avoid the current tailing phenomenon in the winding when the turn-off Angle is too high,the adaptive strategies of opening Angle and closing Angle are proposed in this thesis.Firstly,a PI controller is set up to adjust the opening Angle.The input of the controller is the deviation of the speed,and the output is the opening Angle.Then the switching Angle is adjusted by comparing the current value where the salient pole of the rotor overlaps.Finally,the feasibility of the above strategy is verified by simulation.(3)In this thesis,the hardware and software control system is built with STM32 MCU as the core.The hardware system includes switching power supply,power converter,microcontroller minimum system,current sampling,voltage sampling,protection circuit,etc.The software system runs by means of interrupt,including system timer interrupt,ADC interrupt,capture timer interrupt and other programs.In the interrupt,it realizes the functions of speed calculation,current sampling,adjustment switch Angle reversing control,filtering processing and so on.Finally,the feasibility of the developed control strategy and the superiority of the designed controller are verified by the simulation experiment platform.
