| The rapid urbanization process,the scale of China’s automobile industry with the gradual expansion of the economy,the gradual rise of private car ownership,a huge parking gap,parking and parking space contradictions gradually prominent.In the context of today’s service-oriented society and smart technology-driven urban renewal,countries are gradually promoting smart manufacturing and attaching importance to the development of emerging technologies in urban construction,and the volume of urban parking space does not match its single value output.The current policy guides the high-speed development of smart parking system,and the existing research on composite functional parking space is basically aimed at tapping and optimizing the configuration of parking behavior,lacking humanized consideration of other service function design level.As a part of the urban public space,the terminal of the development of intelligent transportation requires some forwardlooking considerations.It is of great practical significance to explore other added values of parking space other than parking function.The concept of smart parking and composite function is sorted out;the application mode of previous composite function in parking space is discussed;the layout trend of parking industry and urban parking space problem in the context of smart city is analyzed through interdisciplinary research and field study,and the feasibility analysis of intelligent-oriented urban composite function parking space design is carried out.The interview method is used to construct the user model and parking service scenario,and the urban parking space service system is proposed to integrate the existing service resources and smart parking technology online and establish the service experience space offline.The intelligent design principles of urban parking space are summarized,and the design strategy is formed based on the expansion of the principles with the core content of three major sections,such as automobile service,life service and digital media.The design methodology of each functional module is explained around the strategy to form a design methodology of intelligent functional compounding of urban parking space of each volume,which forms a new core competitiveness of the parking market.Finally,based on the public parking lot renovation project of Jijiamiao Village in Beijing,the intelligent design practice of urban composite functional parking space is carried out.The project is designed according to local conditions,and the project as a whole serves the surrounding people with an open and friendly attitude,combines with intelligent means to solve the parking problem in the area and improve the parking experience of users,stimulates the vitality of the area with a functional composite parking space,and transforms the disadvantage of urban surface parking space into an advantage.Based on the research results,we will form an interdisciplinary research method to solve the parking problem in the city.In line with the policy development,we will actively innovate new ways of joint construction,joint governance and sharing,provide new ideas for the construction of parking space,which is a social public space with large land area,high utilization rate and low value output,solve the problem of urban parking difficulty by intelligent means,and finally realize the sustainable development of smart city. |
