With the acceleration of the urbanization process and the number of car ownership has increased sharply,the problem of urban parking has become increasingly prominent.Many cities have built a large number of large parking lots to meet their daily parking demands.However,one of the problems facing urban parking is how to quickly find free parking spaces and park efficiently.There are two main reasons for this problem: First,the management methods of different parking lots in China are different,and enterprises cannot coordinate offline resources;Second,the intellectualized degree of a large amount of parking lots in China is not high enough,which makes it impossible for drivers to obtain real-time information of parking lots and parking spaces through the Internet.Without accurate parking space guidance,it is impossible to quickly find parking spaces which can meet their requirements.In order to solve these parking problems,the thesis proposes a V2X-based outdoor intelligent parking solution,designing an intelligent parking system architecture and parking information recommendation algorithm,and setting up an information management platform to realize unified management and release of parking lot and parking space information.Thus the driver can query the parking lot and parking space information in real time,and realize the functions of parking space reservation,vehicle tracking and online payment.Firstly,based on the parking space management and high precision positioning method of V2 X communication,the thesis designs an outdoor intelligent parking solution and system architecture.Among them,it establishes the mutual communication between the terminal devices and the platform in the intelligent parking system through the establishment of the information management platform,and realizes the basic functions in the intelligent parking application.Secondly,the thesis focuses on designing an optimal parking lot and parking space recommendation model based on the improved TOPSIS algorithm.The relevant attributes of parking lots and parking spaces are quantified,the proximity coefficient between the solution and the ideal solution are calculated by the improved TOPSIS algorithm,it is used to select the best parking space in the parking lot.From the perspective of the driver,the model recommends parking lots and parking spaces for the driver to meet the individual's preference before reserving the parking space,so that the driver can save time in finding the parking space and improve the parking efficiency.Finally,in the actual test,the functions of the intelligent parking application are tested and analyzed.The validity of the parking information recommendation model and the feasibility of the information management platform are verified.
