Research On The Service System Design Of Health Monitoring Products For Empty-nesters

In China,with the increasing aging society,the annual physical examination service is difficult to meet the existing health security of the elderly.The use of health monitoring products by elderly users in China gradually shows an increasing trend.Medicine shows that health monitoring products can effectively prevent deaths caused by various diseases,accurately predict important indicators of hidden dangers of various diseases,and their measurement results have high reliability.With the birth and renewal of the "new" elderly,Chinese elderly slowly began to choose home-based elderly care,and their children often work,study or set up new families.More and more empty nest elderly health services have become the focus of the next society.The previous articles mainly analyzed the mode,content and demand of existing health services,and explored the objectives of health monitoring service system,the status of health products and technical support in services;Then subdivide the empty nest elderly,and study the user characteristics and needs of the empty nest elderly.Adopt the methods of user interview,observation and questionnaire to analyze the data,deeply explore the situation of users,and tap the deep needs of target products and services.Finally,it puts forward appropriate design principles for the service system of health monitoring products,plans a multi-dimensional service system,provides adaptive design strategies,and constructs three kinds of health service users: daily,regular and emergency.Draw the service system diagram,user journey diagram and service blueprint of health monitoring products.Design the logo in the empty nest elderly health monitoring service system,health monitoring products suitable for the empty nest elderly and product terminal interface,collect personalized data for users,integrate the daily data records of users,quantify the information entered by users into health index,and then display the recorded health collection data to the empty nest elderly at a glance in the form of charts,as well as some stakeholders,relatives The medical staff designed the corresponding service interface to help the empty nest elderly get various concerns,improve the health monitoring service system as much as possible,and give the empty nest elderly a healthier living environment.This paper respects the particularity of the empty nest elderly,fills the gap in the research of the empty nest elderly health monitoring product service system,improves the quality of health services,optimizes the resource ratio,improves the design content of health monitoring products and interfaces,and provides reference for the research of similar products and interface design.
