Abstract/Summary:
ObjectiveThe purpose of this research paper is to design a smart home system suitable for the empty nest elderly to live in,and to provide the children of the remote client with information on the daily activities of the empty nest elderly,physiological data,and the real-time safety status of the elderly.Drawing on the characteristics of some smart elderly service products,the smart home system based on the Internet of Things is designed to realize the daily needs of the elderly empty nesters and prevent accidents from happening.MethodThis paper studies the current situation of the life of empty nesters under today’s aging society and domestic and foreign smart home products.After outlining the actual needs of empty nesters and an in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign smart home products,the design of a smart home system based on the Internet of Things is proposed.Firstly,the Io T technology is explored from the following three layers: the first layer is the sensing layer,which mainly collects information and operates the operation of devices;the second layer is the network layer,the main work task of this layer is the data information transmission between each independent network and the storage and analysis of data information;the third layer is the application layer,the main work task of this layer is the monitoring of data and data analysis of each project.Next is the overall design of the smart home,which is divided into hardware design and software design.The hardware design of the smart home system exists mainly in the information sensing layer and data transmission layer,based on the chip EM-STM3210 E designed temperature sensor,smoke sensor,infrared sensor and fall sensor,power supply and voice module.Software design is the analysis of the system risk judgment rules,the system is designed to be implemented based on μC/US-II operating system,which is an operating system designed specifically for embedded microprocessors.Finally the information processed by this system is transmitted in real time to the switchboard system,which in turn is transmitted to the user side.ResultThe IOT-based smart home system designed in this paper basically realizes the initial design intention.structured with important functions such as intelligent monitoring and detection,emergency warning and help information sending,risk assessment warning and feedback,and service information voice communication modules can meet the needs of remote real-time monitoring,the user can through the design of hardware and software,can meet the system of real-time data transmission and processing,can timely transfer the processed information to the customer service terminal client at any time to receive the indoor temperature,smoke concentration,whether the elderly are in danger and other home home environment Information.In the case of danger,the smart home system will send an alert SMS to the user so that the user can take timely measures to minimize the loss.ConclusionIn this paper,the design process of smart home system is studied and analyzed in detail,which realizes important functions such as intelligent monitoring,emergency help,risk judgment alarm and response,service information broadcast,voice call,etc.In addition,the design of core services of the system has three working modes of indoor,outdoor and rest,which is in line with the living habits of the elderly.In general,it realizes the function of intelligent elderly care.
