With the continuous expansion of urban construction land and its blind encroachment on non-construction land,the urban public transportation development model needs to be changed urgently,from the blind expansion and construction of the past to the optimal allocation of public transportation resources to improve the operational efficiency of public transportation.It can be seen that through the research and evaluation of the two dynamic characteristics of public transport supply and demand of service and travel advantage,it is necessary to achieve the goals of "optimization of public transport service rationing","improving the burden rate of public transport" and sustainable public transport.Development is important.This paper uses accessibility as the basic method to establish a theoretical model for evaluating supply and demand of service and travel advantage,so as to evaluate the rationality of the spatial layout of public transportation facilities and evaluate the competitiveness of public transportation from multiple perspectives.Therefore,firstly,it is necessary to study the difference between service supply and transportation demand,and realize real-time matching of service supply and demand by adjusting the distribution of public transportation supply;secondly,it is necessary to study the travel advantages of public transportation compared with self-driving cars,and further increase the operation of public transportation,management,and service quality,allowing more urban residents to choose public transportation first.In addition,the urban area of Hefei is selected as the empirical research area,and the weak areas of public transportation service supply and travel are found through quantitative research in various aspects.Combined with the comprehensive transportation planning of Hefei City and the system planning of Hefei city center,the optimization of the spatial layout of urban public transportation is proposed.Strategy and development advice.The innovation is to establish an evaluation model of service supply and travel advantages and disadvantages from multiple dimensions,and finally put forward optimization suggestions on the spatial layout,which has certain generalizability and practicability.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)There is a large spatial distribution difference between the supply of public transport services and the demand for transport.In terms of service supply,the distribution pattern of supply presents a "core-edge" model,and the corridor effect of urban rail transit is not yet obvious.In terms of transportation demand,the distribution of demand presents a "star-shaped distribution" layout,and the high-demand areas for jobs and housing in the city are scattered in multiple economic development zones,community centers and township group centers in the city.In terms of supply and demand differences,the "low supply-high demand" areas are distributed in the major economic development zones in Hefei City and the suburban suburbs of the city.(2)Compared with self-driving travel,public transport travel is at an absolute disadvantage in travel.Travelly disadvantaged areas are mostly located on the urban fringes to the northeast and northwest of the city,dominant area sporadic distribution.In terms of travel cost competition,public transportation in Hefei is generally weaker than selfdriving cars,and with the increase of distance,the gap between the two becomes larger and larger,and the morning and evening rush hours have a greater impact on self-driving cars.Accessibility basically presents a "core-edge" pattern distribution,and the distance factor has a greater impact on accessibility;in terms of time efficiency ratio,the results of different centers as arrival points are found to be quite different.Among them,the time efficiency ratio of the old city center is extremely high.It is low and needs to be further improved;in terms of the transfer index,most of the areas with more transfers are located in the northwest and northeast edges of Hefei urban area.(3)The public transportation layout lacks the bus corridors from northeast to northwest and the connecting lines of important bus corridors.According to the research situation,in terms of routes,increase important bus routes in the northeast and northwest and increase the ring road connecting radial roads;in terms of stations,increase important public transportation stations or improve the level of service supply of stations.
