Perfect incentive mechanism can not only stabilize the staff,improve the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees,but also guarantee the sustainable development of enterprises and improve the core competitiveness.Although Datang Electric Power Company has a relatively perfect i ncentive management scheme,there are still some problems in practical operation,such as high brain drain rate and low efficiency of employees.It is necessary to optimize the existing incentive scheme to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition for technical talents.This paper mainly studies the optimization of incentive management of technical personnel in the power generation department of Datang Electric Power Company.Firstly,through the literature analysis of incentive theory at home and abroad,the basic knowledge of incentive theory is listed,which lays the foundation for the following research.Secondly,the company’s p ower generation technology staff incentive status investigation and analysis,found that the company’s current incentive problems: a lack of differentiation in salary and benefits,a lack of scientific performance appraisal system,an imperfect promotion s ystem,a failure to pay attention to the importance of career development planning management,a lack of communication feedback in the training system,and too much single spiritual motivation.Again,This article is aimed at the design of employee motivat ion improvement programs;material incentive aspects: enhance the differentiation of pay and benefits and pay attention to the fairness of performance appraisal;career development incentives : improve the promotion system and pay attention to career development planning management;training incentive : with efficiency,precision as the optimization goal,pay attention to the feedback of training effect;work incentive :to join the new model of competitive incentives and participatory management incentives;spiritual motivation : rich spiritual motivation by increasing honor incentives.Finally,the safeguard measures system is put forward from the aspects of institutional guarantee,middle and high-level leadership guarantee,communication and feedback management guarantee,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme for the technical staff of the power generation department of Datang Electric Power Company.Based on the current incentive situation of technical personnel in the power generation department of Datang Electric Power Company,this paper puts forward the incentive improvement strategy of technical personnel in the power generation department of Datang Electric Power Company through the latest power policy and the combing of incentive theory,which enriches the research on the incentive improvement of technical personnel in the power industry. |
