In the process of drainage pipeline trenchless repair, because there are a collapse, settlement, seepage drainage pipe structural defects, such as easy to cause pipeline landfill produce "quicksand" phenomenon, even further collapse. For the drainage pipeline trenchless repair to provide a safe and reliable operation in the process of space, need to repair the drainage pipe landfill preprocessing reinforcement. At present, the domestic pretreatment of the drainage pipeline landfill layer reinforcement technique has not been reported, this paper puts forward the technology and research for the first time.In view of the guangdong area pipes landfill to use stone chips or sand, reinforced osmotic grouting method is adopted to improve the pretreatment. Research mainly includes selection of grouting materials, grouting materials, grouting technology for determination of optimum mixture ratio of research and so on. Grouting material must meet the permeability is strong, can be good note, gelation time short, strength etc, right through to the several basic conditions of primary materials including pure cement, polyurethane, epoxy resin, acrylamide, and study the basic properties of the cement slurry water slurry, draw-sodium silicate cement slurry suitable grouting material to solve such engineering problems. Based on different water cement ratio, cement slurry water slurry water volume ratio and the mixture ratio of slurry of different retarded dose of gelation time, compressive strength and flexural strength of entity changes, draw-sodium silicate cement with water cement ratio of0.8~1.0, sodium silicate volume rate is0.8~1.2, retarder disodium hydrogen phosphate input amounts to2%as the best mixture ratio. Grouting process and grouting effect for research, design and finish making the grouting seepage model device, simulated infiltration grouting test, obtained the penetration radius under this experimental condition up to35cm, and along the penetration direction and the characteristics of the physical strength decreasing cheng.Based on the experimental data and engineering actual situation, using the large finite element software ABAQUS to pipe pretreatment reinforcement of surrounding ’rock mechanics analysis. This experiment mainly used Mohr-Coulomb plastic model, the finite element model is established and the material parameter definition, it is concluded that the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram, an analysis model of surrounding rock stress concentration area main pipeline in contact with the surrounding rock horizontal cross section of two intersecting lines, produce larger displacement are mainly distributed in the top model, and the change of the stress and displacement values are within the control range.
