Making production plan and designing equipment maintenance strategy are important parts of enterprise management activities.Among them,production planning is an important basis for enterprises to carry out daily production activities,which can make production activities carried out in a balanced and rhythmic manner,and has great significance for the development of enterprises.The production management department needs to consider the rationality and operability of the production planning when preparing the production plan,and the reliability of equipment is one of the important factors affecting the successful completion of the production planning.Because the equipment performance will gradually decline with the extension of operation time,once the sudden failure will lead to production interruption and bring huge economic losses,reasonable preventive maintenance can effectively prevent equipment in the process of operation failure to reduce downtime.In the actual production management process,production and maintenance decisions are made by the production department and the maintenance department respectively,but the lack of effective communication between the two departments,it is difficult to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of information,lack of practical guidance for the decision-making of various departments.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out integrated research on production planning and equipment maintenance to help enterprises make reasonable use of existing resources to optimize equipment utilization,make production tasks organized and systematic,and help enterprises improve their profitability and consolidate their competitive advantages.This paper is oriented to multi-state system.Firstly,considering the influence of defective products on the total cost of equipment in the out-of-control state,a joint decision model of single product production planning and perfect maintenance is established by combining periodic maintenance with condition-based maintenance.Then,considering the actual production,the enterprise needs to provide diversified products to meet market demand,and due to the effect of personnel,operating environment and other equipment after maintenance is difficult to recover to the original state,so based on imperfect maintenance effect in multi-product production systems,establishes the joint decision model of multi-products production planning and imperfect maintenance for multi-state system.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the two kinds of joint decision models established in this paper,and the correctness and validity of the models are verified by comparison with the previous joint decision models.Finally,based on the joint decision model established in this paper,X Company is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the joint decision in practical application through comparative analysis with the decision currently used by the company.
