Production scheduling and system maintenance are two important activities in the production process.In traditional scheduling research,it is often assumed that the system is continuously available.However,in the actual production process,the system will gradually deteriorate due to the influence of working environment,object and other factors.If maintenance is not performed in time,it will eventually cause system failure.When many scholars study scheduling and maintenance,they usually start from the whole system and ignore the deterioration and interaction of multi components in the system.The structure of modern production system tends to be complex.Many systems are composed of many key components,such as the group drilling machine which is composed of multiple bits in the manufacturing workshop.Excessive wear or failure of any bit will affect the quality of the operation object,and indirectly affect the smooth progress of production scheduling.Therefore,it is of great significance to consider the degradation of key components in the system and arrange appropriate maintenance activities during the scheduling process.In this paper,aiming at the problem of resource idleness and time cost increase caused by system maintenance in the process of production scheduling,considering the perfect and imperfect maintenance effects of components,a joint strategy of production scheduling and condition-based maintenance of multi-component system is proposed.The minimum weighted expected total completion time of scheduling operation is taken as the optimization objective,and the joint decision-making of production scheduling and condition-based maintenance of multi-component system is studied.The maintenance demand combination and probability of multi-component in the production scheduling process are analyzed by using the method of deterioration state space partition.The corresponding probability density function and numerical solution method are deduced,and the joint decision model of production scheduling and condition-based maintenance of multi-component system is established.Taking KS5 adjustable multi-axis tapping machine as an example,the effectiveness of joint decision-making in practical production was verified by comparing with previous strategies and sensitivity analysis of related parameters.
