| Huizhou ancestral hall,as a typical Huizhou residential architecture,carries the living habits of rural residents and corresponding public activities,and is the material carrier of Huizhou social culture and folk customs.There are a large number of ancestral halls in traditional villages in Huizhou area,and their unique architectural style and cultural connotation make them of high research value.With the transformation of farming civilization to modern civilization,the clan society has gradually transformed into the people’s society,and people’s concept of clan has also changed.The functions of ancestral halls also changed from a single sacrificial function in the early period to that of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,when the functions of ancestor worship were retained,the functions of music cultivation and education were improved and added.In the early period of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,due to social instability,ancestral halls lost their sacrificial functions and became sanctuaries or were confiscated and used.Ancestral temples from the beginning of the return of sacrificial function gradually into the function of degradation,structure,image damage and other difficulties.Although people pay more and more attention to the protection and utilization of ancestral temples in recent years,there are still problems such as value deviation,protection and utilization imbalance in practice.Therefore,how to scientifically and rationally protect and utilize ancestral temples and give full play to the heritage value of ancestral temples is a difficult problem facing urban and rural construction and the focus of current research.After analyzing the historical background and basic characteristics of ancestral temples in traditional villages in Huizhou through literature review and field investigation,this paper investigates,inspects and analyzes the utilization status of ancestral temples in traditional villages in Huizhou and the adaptive reuse cases of ancestral temples.This paper attempts to summarize the adaptive reuse mode of ancestral temples in traditional villages in Huizhou area and the existing problems in the protection and utilization.This paper puts forward corresponding reuse ideas and strategies for ancestral temples from macro and micro perspectives,and conducts an empirical study in combination with the reconstruction design practice and construction implementation case of the four-dimensional temple in Wentang Village,Qimen County.It realizes the joint renovation of buildings inside and outside from two levels of village development positioning and architectural reconstruction design,and verifies the practicability of the adaptive reuse ideas and strategies for ancestral temple buildings. |
