Research On The Design Of Horticultural Therapy Theme Homestay

With the continuous improvement of the development level of China’s economy,culture,and ecological civilization,especially the growing demand for a better life among citizens,as well as the rapid rise in short-distance travel,peripheral travel,and rural travel in the post epidemic era,new development opportunities have been brought to home stays.In the context of the increasing popularity of health tourism,home stays,as the living environment for tourists,are an important carrier to meet consumer needs and reflect regional culture.However,with the rapid development and rapid increase in the number of hom estays,many problems have also arisen in the construction and operation of home stays.Therefore,it is very important to fully explore regional characteristics,traditional culture,folk customs,landscape plant resources,and formulate design methods and services according to local conditions.As a national natural and cultural heritage scenic spot,Jiuhua Mountain boasts unique natural landscape resources and cultural tourism resources.Currently,the home stay industry in Jiuhua Mountain is developing rapidly,but compared to other places in China,there are many problems such as imperfect business formats,homogeneous competition,and weak brand awareness.The shaping of the "Jiuhua Mountain Meisu" IP needs to form a "one night one feature" and a "one night one theme" with local home stay products.The main research object of this article is the renovation of home stays in Ma yuan Village,Qingyang County,Jiuhua Mountain.The home stays rely on the natural landscape resources and traditional culture in the village,and incorporate horticultural therapy to create a healthy,green,functional,warm and comfortable living environment.First,collect domestic and foreign horticultural therapy cases to analyze and summarize their location,construction process,functional division,auxiliary facilities,plant configuration,horticultural therapy services,and other aspects.Second,conduct field research on many home stays in Jiuhua Mountain,summarize their development status and problems,and explore the feasibility of integrating horticultural therapy.Third,propose design goals,principles,and strategies from the perspective of horticultural therapy theory,conduct on-site surveys and mapping of original buildings,and analyze the geographical location,natural resources,transportation conditions,and folk customs of home stays.Carry out design practice using horticultural therapy theory as the entry point.Through analysis,the article confirms that Jiuhua Mountain is rich in natural landscape resources,cultural tourism resources,and has the development potential of horticultural therapy themed home stay design.The integration of horticultural therapy theory and home stay design provides new perspectives and ideas for the multi-dimensional function of home stay design and the application of horticultural therapy in multiple fields and aspects Figure [58] table [15] reference [54]...
