Research On The Design Of Homestay Facilities

With the acceleration of the urbanization process,more and more people like to leave the complex city in their leisure time and go to the countryside to feel the nature and return to the rural life.As a result,many idle abandoned buildings in the countryside have been well reconstructed and reused,and many old buildings have been transformed into homestays,providing a good place for people to have leisure holidays and experience rural life.Compared with the high-rise reinforced concrete buildings in the city,the abandoned buildings in the countryside are closer to nature and present a harmonious environment with nature.In the reconstruction of abandoned buildings,it is necessary to design from the aspects of external style and internal space function,fully consider the details,so that the reconstruction of the homestand can better promote the development of rural tourism.Homestays are a kind of homesickness,a kind of nostalgia for tradition in the international context,a reflection on the development,a kind of reflection on the future direction,and a prescription for curing diseases expected by people in the fast-paced era.The renovation of abandoned buildings is an environmentally friendly way of construction.This paper takes the renovation of abandoned primary school in Gutang town of Jiujiang as a case design and takes sustainable development as the primary principle to study and learn the external environment,internal space and architectural details of the abandoned primary school,the design method of rural homestay renovation is discussed.This way of using the abandoned buildings in the countryside for reconstruction can not only continue the cultural and historical features of the countryside,but also be the best interpretation of environmental protection and sustainable development.
