| With the strengthening of China’s Comprehensive National Power and the evolution of the socio-economic structure,the status of the county economy in the national and regional development is gradually improving.Many scholars began to conduct in-depth research on the competitiveness of the county economy,and gradually realized that in order to promote the benign and sustainable development of the county economy,one of the ways is to focus on improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the county economy.For a long time,the status of county economy in Anhui Province has been continuously prominent in the national economy,making significant contributions to the development of the province’s economy.However,due to differences in historical conditions,social environment,and natural endowments,there are significant problems in the development of county economy.There is a significant gap in the development level of county economy between the north,south,and central regions.Therefore,in order to focus on improving the overall economic level of Anhui Province,We must attach importance to the sustainable development of county economy.Firstly,drawing on the research achievements of many scholars in the field of county-level economic competitiveness,we will construct an evaluation index system for county-level economic competitiveness in Anhui Province.Secondly,the entropy weight TOPSIS method and exploratory spatial data analysis method are used to comprehensively evaluate the competitiveness of the county economy based on the constructed evaluation index system.The spatial pattern evolution law of the county economy is explored based on GIS technology,and the development level of the county economy is comprehensively evaluated.Finally,identify the advantages and disadvantages exhibited by similar counties,explore ways to enhance the economic competitiveness of counties,and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote rapid and good development of counties.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)By using the entropy weight TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate the economic competitiveness of counties in Anhui Province,it can be seen that the overall situation of counties in Anhui Province is "strong in the central region and weak in the north and south".The comprehensive competitiveness of counties in central Anhui is relatively large and strong,while the comprehensive competitiveness of counties in southern and northern Anhui is relatively small and slightly inferior.(2)Through global spatial autocorrelation analysis,it was found that the economic differences between counties in Anhui Province gradually narrowed and then significantly increased.The local spatial autocorrelation analysis is carried out by combining the LISA agglomeration map and the hot spot map of the spatial pattern of county economic development.It is found that the spatial structure of the county economy gradually presents a "core edge" ring structure.High high agglomeration type counties are distributed around the jurisdiction area of Hefei City,low low agglomeration is distributed in southern Anhui,low high agglomeration is distributed outside the high high agglomeration,and high low agglomeration is relatively dispersed,showing the characteristics of marginal distribution.The hot spots of county economic development have not changed significantly,and the five counties(County-level city)under the jurisdiction of Hefei City have shown a "peerless" situation,always in the hot spots;The number of sub hot spots has undergone a significant change,from 24 in 2011 to 14 in 2020;There are significant changes in regional transfer in the sub cold point area,shifting from marginal dispersed distribution to more concentrated distribution,mainly distributed in the northwest and northeast,southwest and southeast regions of Anhui;The cold spot areas are gradually expanding,with the number increasing from 8 in 2011 to 18 in 2020,all distributed in the southern edge of Anhui.Figure [9] table [9] reference [77]... |
