The growth rate of the automotive industry in China begun to slow down in 2016,and the market gradually began to shift from incremental market to a stock market,entering a slow growth stage.With the high-speed development of science and technology,the user’s demand continuous change and the change of automobile consumption concept and other factors superimposed impact,the competition is becoming increasingly brutal for auto parts,the major OEMs and parts enterprises are facing huge developing pressure and increasingly severe competition market,only by innovation and the use of new technologies and new processes to reduce their product costs,optimize and reduce various expenses of enterprises,improving corporate profits,so that enterprises can be sustainable,healthy and stable development.Scientific and comprehensive and effective supplier evaluation is helpful to improve the level of supply chain management,helping enterprises effectively reduce procurement costs,enhance cooperation between supplier and customer,improving customer satisfaction and enhance their competitiveness in the supply chain.AD company as a company that including automotive seat R & D and manufacturing enterprise,mainly providing automotive seat products for major automotive OEMs in Beijing.A large number of related parts of automotive seat products need to be purchased from external suppliers,such as seat metal frame,mask covers,electrical components,etc.,seat assembly after arrival,currently,AD company annual purchase amount account for total sales more than 60%,reduce procurement costs and improve corporate profits,effective supply chain and supplier management is very important,supplier evaluation as an important roles in supplier management is particularly important.By learning the theory of supply chain and supplier management,based on the evaluation of suppliers in the manufacturing industry,and the application of relevant theoretical methods by referring to the literature of previous scholars on the supplier evaluation of manufacturing industry,especially in the automobile and auto parts industry.combine the actual situation of AD companies,this paper identifies the current problems and analyze reasons of AD company in supplier evaluation.Based on the principle of concise & scientific,comparability,flexible operability,hierarchical,qualitative and quantitative combination of evaluation,constructing a new supplier evaluation system of AD company,which includes 6 first level and 22 second level indicatrix that including quality assurance ability,delivery ability,cost competitiveness,information sharing ability,green environmental protection and cooperation and innovation.Calculates the weight of determining the first-level index and second-level index through the analytic hierarchy method(AHP)method.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze the suppliers of S1\S2\S3\S4,which made the supplier evaluation of AD company more objective and impartial,meanwhile will be meaningful help to improve the supplier management and procurement management of AD company.It has certain reference and reference significance for auto parts enterprises to carry out effective supplier evaluation management.
