| The healthy and stable operation of steam turbine equipment is very important to ensure the safety of electric power.Regular maintenance of steam turbine is a necessary means to ensure its safety and stability,and daily training of maintenance personnel is the fundamental way to improve the quality of maintenance.The traditional maintenance training has shortcomings such as unintuitive teaching content,inability to apply to the actual maintenance process,inability to practice drills,and poor maintenance effect,which is no longer suitable for the construction connotation of smart power plants in the new era.In response to the above problems,this paper analyzes the related technical foundation of mixed reality equipment and collaboration.Taking the steam turbine of a power plant as a reference,taking the actual maintenance process as a blueprint,using the Unity engine and MRTK development kit,and relying on Hololens2 and PC as the terminal platform,the design and development a set of maintenance assistance system has been developed to realize a multiplatform,multi-media,multi-perspective and multi-tool mixed reality collaborative maintenance experience.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following points:1.For virtual training,this paper proposes a solution suitable for the synchronization of multi-object animation progress,realizes two learning modes of fixed camera perspective and free moving perspective,develops auxiliary learning tools such as highlighting and perspective.Finally,the threedimensional maintenance process is realized,and the learning experience of virtual and real integration is obtained.2.For collaborative training,this paper uses ray detection to implement the basic training system,designs a composite distributed collaborative architecture,and uses the MQTT protocol as a collaborative network.For the Holo Lens platform,the scene synchronization and operation synchronization are realized,which ensures the consistency of the scene and progress of multiple people studying at the same time.In order to solve the conflicting problem of multiperson collaboration,a task-distributed collaborative training logic is designed,and the server and client are specifically developed to realize the function of multi-person collaborative training.3.For operation and maintenance assistance,this paper realizes the free display of equipment model information on two platforms,and designs a configurable three-dimensional data display mode to realize the display of operation and maintenance data on the virtual platform.4.A series of auxiliary tools are designed for developers to ensure the convenience and versatility of platform development,including the establishment of an open software architecture based on a message mechanism,the design and development of automatic animation slices,and automatic generation of animation state machines,automated build scenarios and other tools,these measures facilitate the promotion and application of the system platform.At present,the platform has been put into use in a power generation company.With the further improvement of functions,it will effectively promote the construction of smart power plants. |
