At present,as a clean energy,nuclear energy is widely used in power generation,military,ocean transportation,scientific research and other fields.In the field of power generation,nuclear power units have the advantages of high power and low environmental pollution;In marine military,the marine nuclear power plant with nuclear energy as the energy source has the advantages of strong endurance and stable operation.Therefore,the research and development of nuclear power system is of great significance.However,at present,the nuclear power system still uses the conventional PID algorithm for local decentralized control of the system,which is difficult to meet the overall economic operation of the system.Therefore,taking the reactor turbine coordination system of marine nuclear power plant as the research object,this paper studies the object characteristic analysis,object identification and control system design based on predictive control algorithm.Firstly,the composition and dynamic characteristics of nuclear power reactor coordination system are introduced and analyzed,and the research object of this paper is determined;The single variable control algorithm is improved and verified by MATLAB on-line simulation;Then,taking the unit coordination system as the controlled object,the centralized control and decentralized control of multivariable dynamic matrix control are studied,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to optimize the controller parameters,which provides a basis for the application of multivariable dynamic matrix control in nuclear power system;Then,based on MATLAB,multivariable dynamic matrix control is applied to nuclear power system;Finally,based on a model of special simulator platform,cooperate with the cooperation unit and write The multivariable DMC program of 2×2 in C language is encapsulated into a control module for real-time simulation control,which achieves good control effect and verifies the effectiveness of the coordinated control algorithm.
