| One of the core problems of human resource project management is how to establish an effective incentive mechanism to give full play to and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,stimulate the creativity of employees,and realize the cooperation and win-win between the employees and the company.The establishment of a scientific and reasonable salary management system is the key and core of the incentive mechanism,and an important factor for enterprises to maintain their advantages in market competition,to enhance the efficiency of enterprises and to enhance competitiveness.Reasonable and scientific salary design and arrangement,and continuous optimization and iteration according to the external environment,market changes and talent characteristics,will help employees to play an active role,improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,effectively reduce business costs and improve production and operation efficiency.This paper focuses on the optimization of salary system of BH company,analyzes the current situation of human resources and compensation management of BH company based on the reference and reference of the theory of domestic and foreign compensation management,and analyzes the problems existing in the salary management system of BH company,and puts forward the optimization design scheme of the salary management system of BH company,and puts forward the implementation measures and expected effect of the scheme.This paper first expounds the development and research status of compensation management theory at home and abroad,and analyzes the current situation of human resources and compensation management of BH company based on the current development status of auto parts processing industry and the actual situation of BH company.Then,based on the current situation,the current situation and problems of the company’s salary system are analyzed by questionnaire survey and literature method.The results show that the salary system of BH company is lack of pertinence,human resource management and control is insufficient,the training of employees is not enough,and the welfare incentive measures are less.And from the salary system concept,human resources concept,staff training and salary system planning,the paper analyzes the reasons for the problems.Aiming at the salary system of BH company,based on the real understanding of the status quo and satisfaction of the staff compensation incentive mechanism in heavy automobile parts enterprises,combined with the actual situation and the principle of 3p,fairness and incentive,the compensation system optimization principle is applied to re optimize the salary incentive mechanism of BH company by using the scientific and reasonable salary management theory and method.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the salary incentive mechanism of BH company,the specific supporting measures are put forward from the aspects of establishing performance appraisal and compensation management committee,setting up salary specialists,establishing perfect salary management system,establishing salary control mechanism and strengthening relevant training of salary system.This study provides a feasible path and scheme for BH company to optimize the salary system and improve the level of human resource management,which has important practical significance,and also has a certain reference value for peer enterprises. |
