| With social development and industry changes,more and more factors such as salary and benefits,working environment,organizational management,and corporate culture have become direct factors affecting job satisfaction.Low job satisfaction may lead to a backlog of dissatisfaction,resulting in a bad psychological state,which weakens employees’ willingness to comply with and participate in safety management,resulting in unsafe behaviors.In order to reduce the occurrence of unsafe behaviors of civil aviation employees and improve the safety level of civil aviation transportation,the influence mechanism of job satisfaction on unsafe behaviors of civil aviation employees is discussed.Based on the theory of safety psychology and the theory of planned behavior,a moderated mediation model is constructed to explore whether job satisfaction affects the unsafe behavior of civil aviation employees,and whether psychological empowerment plays a mediating role in the relationship between the two,and It is further explored whether authoritarian leadership plays a moderating role in this process.In order to test these hypotheses,the research designed the job satisfaction scale,unsafe behavior scale,psychological empowerment scale,and authoritarian leadership scale.The civil aviation transport practitioners of units such as the Ministry of Aircraft and other units conducted a questionnaire survey and obtained 302 valid questionnaire survey data.Using SPSS23.0 and AMOS23.0 to analyze the data obtained from the investigation.Based on the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire,the reliability of the scale was verified,and the dimensions of the second-order model of job satisfaction and psychological empowerment preset by the researchers were tested whether they were reasonable and effective.A structural equation model was constructed,and the mediating effect of psychological empowerment was analyzed through path testing.Introducing the Process plug-in developed by Hayes,the conditional process analysis of the moderated mediation effect was carried out,and the moderating effect of authoritarian leadership was verified.The results show that:(1)The job satisfaction of civil aviation employees has a significant positive impact on psychological empowerment,and a significant negative impact on unsafe behavior.(2)Psychological empowerment plays a partial mediating role between job satisfaction and unsafe behavior,that is,job satisfaction has a significant negative impact on unsafe behavior by affecting psychological empowerment.(3)Authoritarian leadership plays a moderating role between job satisfaction and unsafe behavior.Authoritarian leadership can not only directly adjust the negative impact of job satisfaction on unsafe behavior,but also weaken the effect of job satisfaction on psychological empowerment to moderate the effect of job satisfaction on unsafe behavior.Civil aviation transport units can prevent and control the occurrence of unsafe behaviors by improving employees’ job satisfaction,emphasizing the psychological empowerment of civil aviation practitioners,and shaping the image of authoritarian leaders.This study provides a certain theoretical basis for the intervention of unsafe behaviors of civil aviation practitioners. |
