In recent years,with the rapid growth of China's civil aviation passenger traffic,the problem of airport flight rate has become increasingly prominent.The actual operation shows that the starting flight release affects the whole day normality of flight to a great extent.In order to improve the flight normality rate,this paper put forward the research problem of the flight normality-plus control strategy.This paper focused on the operation efficiency of flight normality,through building the complex network of flight operation guarantee process,using AOE-network control theory and method to realize the search of the key path in the flight operation guarantee process,and monitor the key process,and finally realize the flight normality-plus control of the departure flight.The research work in this paper has a positive effect on improving the normality rate of Airport Flights in China.The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects.1.By analyzing the characteristics of the flight operation,the running process of the flight was combed,the concept of "starting flight normality-plus" was put forward,and the characteristics were clearly defined.2.This paper analyzed the departing passenger service flow of the terminal and the ground guarantee of the aircraft,combed and drew the running process of starting flight departure flow,and used the method of calculating the key path of the AOE-network to apply the AOE-network to the guarantee process of the flight operation,and paved for the flight operation real-time guarantee system.3.The service process involved in the flight operation guarantee was defined,and the data structure of the system was studied according to the system requirements.Using the Visual Basic6.0 computer programming tool,according to the basic idea of building the AOV network,the service process was connected in a certain sequence.At the same time,the corresponding data was stored in the Access database.Through the storage and reading of the data,several standard service processes were connected in series and parallel way,and the complex network of the flight operation guarantee process was constructed.4.The operation process of the system was studied,and the complex network platform ofthe flight operation guarantee process was built.Because AOV-network cannot calculate critical path,the AOV-network of flight operation guarantee process was transformed into AOE-network,which was convenient for calculating the critical path.The complex AOEnetwork is too large,so the complex network was simplified to form a simplified AOEnetwork diagram,and the algorithm was optimized by programming,the critical path of the process is calculated,the key process is controlled,the flight process is monitored in real time,and the real-time uploading and updating of the data were completed by the method of real-time monitory of the critical path and real-time monitory of flight operation.5.Finally,took starting flight delivery as an example,the process of starting flight operation system was analyzed,and the system functions were verified.
