Study On Conservation Development Of The Linpan In Chengdu Plain Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

It is a settlement pattern that integrates agricultural production,rural life,farming culture and idyllic scenery,reflecting the landscape characteristics and historical changes of the rural areas in the western Sichuan plain.It is not only a carrier of farming culture in western Sichuan,but also a valuable human cultural heritage with important conservation and utilization value.In recent years,the number of linpan in Chengdu plain has declined sharply,the area of linpan has shrunk,the landscape of linpan has been destroyed,and the residents of linpan have moved out,which has restricted the protection and development of linpan in Chengdu plain.The proposed rural revitalization strategy has provided more opportunities for the protection and development of linpan in Chengdu plain,activated urban and rural elements,promoted the rapid and efficient flow of urban and rural resources,and guided the flow of capital,talents and information to rural areas.However,the development of linpan in Chengdu plain still faces difficulties such as insufficient excavation of linpan culture,lagging industrial development,inadequate utilization of ecological resources,and low participation rate of its residents.In order to reasonably protect and utilize the value of linpan in Chengdu plain,avoid the destructive development of linpan,and emphasize the harmony and unity of protection and development,the importance and urgency of protective development of linpan in Chengdu plain is proposed,and effective protection should be carried out not only on the basis of excavating the culture of linpan in Chengdu plain.With the background of rural revitalization,this paper proposes the importance and urgency of the conservation and development of the linpan in Chengdu plain,which should not only be effectively protected on the basis of excavating the culture of the linpan in Chengdu plain,but also be moderately developed on the premise of protecting the linpan resources,developing the linpan economy in various forms,helping farmers to increase their income,and realizing the conservation of the linpan in Chengdu plain.This paper takes rural revitalization as the background and starts from the perspective of conservation and development.It breaks through the traditional perspective of the study of linpan and uses the method of combining literature study and case study.By analyzing the promotion effect of rural revitalization on the conservation development of linpan in Chengdu plain,the main principles of conservation development of linpan in Chengdu plain under the background of rural revitalization are compared,focusing on the excavation of the original ecology of the linpan,the maintenance of the traditional villages of the linpan and the protection of the interests of the aboriginal people.Through analyzing and summarizing the experiences and practices of linpan protection and development in western Sichuan,it is found that there are problems such as loss of vitality of traditional linpan,lack of effective protection of linpan characteristics,lack of planning for linpan development and lack of effective protection of farmers’ interests in the protective development of linpan in Chengdu plain.It also ushers in the opportunity of rural revitalization to promote the flow of urban and rural elements,break through institutional barriers,and promote the sustainable development of linpan economy.Through a comparative study of three cases of conservation development of linpan in Chengdu plain,including government-led,endogenous dynamics and multi-party cooperation,we draw insights from rational utilization of resources,deepening reform of agriculture-related institutions,and cultivating endogenous dynamics of farmers’ conservation development.Finally,we propose countermeasures and suggestions for the conservation and development of the linpan in Chengdu plain from the aspects of linpan restoration and construction,sound linpan planning system,creating a "linpan complex",and establishing a heritage protection system.
