| With the acceleration of the process of low carbonisation and ageing of society, medical buildings are at a critical point of increasing exogenous demand and internal structural change. The State Council’s "Action Plan to Reach the Carbon Peak by2030" clearly states the need to promote the green and low-carbon development of urban and rural construction, and to increase the promotion and application of green buildings. Therefore, the green transformation of medical buildings can not only further optimise the development of medical buildings in China, but also be an important means to achieve low carbon development of buildings and long-term stable development of the industry. The "green medical building" combines the high requirements of a green building with the complexity of a medical building, and is a large public building with specialised and refined functional requirements. The construction process places specific demands on environmental protection and resource use, increasing the number of targets to be optimised and therefore the risks that can occur. This thesis examines risk management in the construction phase of green healthcare buildings from the perspective of the builder, with the aim of providing sound advice on risk prevention and control to minimise the occurrence and impact of risks.First of all,the basic theoretical knowledge related to green medical buildings is sorted out,and green medical buildings are defined according to the characteristics of medical buildings and the connotation of green construction. The term "green medical building" refers to a medical building that is safe and durable, healthy and comfortable, convenient for living, practical and efficient,resource-saving,and in harmony with the environment at all stages of its life cycle,on the basis of ensuring medical services.Secondly, combined with the characteristics of green medical buildings, the initial risk factors in the construction phase of the project were identified through a review of relevant literature and summarised and classified according to the construction organisation and management objectives. On this basis,a questionnaire survey was used to collect and collate the views of relevant scholars and construction site managers on the importance of risk in the construction phase of green medical building projects,to optimise the initial risk factors and finally construct a risk evaluation index system for the construction phase of green medical building projects with five dimensions and 21 factors, including safety risk, quality risk, cost risk, schedule risk and environmental risk. Finally, this study conducted a risk analysis of the Z Hospital project. The severity, probability and ease of detection of the occurrence of the 21 risk factors were evaluated by means of expert interviews, and the initial evaluation score table was obtained and amended by applying the entropy weight method. The amended results were brought into the AHP improved FMEA model and then combined with VIKOR to rank the risks and obtain "workers are not skilled in the operation of green materials and equipment ","insufficient design depth of medical and intelligent engineering" and "high environmental protection requirements at the construction site" are three indicators that have a high level of influence on the construction phase of the Z Hospital construction project.Based on the previous investigation of the importance of the main risks and the evaluation of the three characteristic values of severity, probability of occurrence and ease of detection, the causes and performance of the main risks are analysed in the context of the project construction, and risk response strategies are reasonably selected.Suggestions are made on how to deal with risks in the construction phase of green medical buildings, aiming to provide some reference significance for the construction risk management of similar projects. |
