In recent years,with the acceleration of urban rail transit construction in China,the overall scale of the subway has also shown rapid growth,and its fast,comfortable and safe characteristics have made people ’s travel more and more dependent on the subway.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and economic operation of subway vehicles,the preventive maintenance strategy also puts forward high requirements.How to formulate a scientific and reasonable preventive maintenance plan according to the actual operation status of subway vehicles,ensure the safe operation of vehicles while reducing maintenance costs and improving the on-line rate has always been the focus of attention of subway operation and maintenance departments.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,aiming at the problem that the traditional group maintenance strategy does not consider the status information update after group maintenance of components in the short-term maintenance window,the multi-component group maintenance strategy of metro vehicles under dynamic update is studied.The component group maintenance adjustment cost function is constructed,and the single component maintenance plan is optimized with the reliability as the center and the minimum maintenance cost as the goal.Considering the economic correlation between components,the concept of group maintenance is introduced to propose a multi-component group maintenance scheme,and the group maintenance plan of multi-component system is obtained by dynamically updating the service age information of components.The example analysis verifies the effectiveness of the dynamic update group maintenance strategy,which can save maintenance costs and improve vehicle on-line rate.Secondly,in order to further improve the maintenance economy of metro vehicles,the group maintenance strategy of multi-component system under two-stage imperfect maintenance is studied.Based on the current equal-cycle multi-level maintenance mechanism of subway vehicles in China,a two-level imperfect maintenance model is introduced.The cost-effectiveness analysis method is used to determine the maintenance mode of components,and the preventive maintenance plan of each component is obtained by optimizing the cost.Based on the dynamic update group maintenance model,the component group plan is obtained,and the maintenance mode of each component in the maintenance group is re-determined,and the multi-component group maintenance plan is obtained.The results show that compared with the group maintenance strategy under single-stage imperfect maintenance,the group maintenance strategy under two-stage imperfect maintenance is more economical.Finally,in order to realize the balance of interests between the maintenance department and the operation department of the subway vehicle in formulating the preventive maintenance plan,the group maintenance strategy of the multi-component system under the rotational bidding game model is studied.When formulating the preventive maintenance plan of subway vehicles,the operation department expects the vehicle to obtain a higher on-line rate,the maintenance department expects to reduce the maintenance cost of the components,but the total maintenance cost is lower.According to the interests of the two departments,the maintenance cost model and availability model are established.Taking the reliability as the bidding object of the game,a rotating bidding game model is established to realize the balance of interests between the two.Based on the dynamic updating group maintenance model,the game law of operation department and maintenance department under the game cooperation model is further explored.The results show that the department with the right to terminate the game decision has more advantages in the maintenance decision,and the group maintenance model still has economic superiority.
