| With the continuous development of China’s market economy and the continuous expansion of enterprise scale,how to improve the support of financial services,open up the information sharing between financial and other departments,and improve operational efficiency has become a major difficulty for enterprises to optimize management.Financial informatization construction supported by information technology and artificial intelligence has gradually become an important way for enterprises to optimize management.The financial information platform has the characteristics of integrating business processes,centralizing accounting,and realizing data resource sharing.As the main tool,the construction of a standardized and efficient financial information platform has become the object of many enterprises to emulate.However,with the continuous expansion of the scale of enterprises,the use of financial information platforms has encountered problems such as cumbersome procedures and procedures,blind management strategies,and low processing efficiency,which seriously restricts the operational efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the financial information platform to improve the company’s information management level and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises under the systematic sorting and analysis of the internal business processes,accounting methods and new management requirements of the enterprise.This paper selects the method of field research and case study,takes the manufacturing enterprise S company as the research object,through reading a lot of domestic and foreign excellent literature,combined with the six-month internship research situation,to study the current situation of the S company’s financial information platform,and find that it exists in accounting The accounting is not standardized enough,the budget value is not highlighted,the efficiency of business services is low,the degree of refinement of cost management is insufficient,and the management of accounting files is backward.By analyzing the impact of the problem,taking into account the current development needs of the enterprise,and taking into account the principles of cost and benefit,optimization and improvement suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of the company’s financial accounting rules,platform module improvement,optimization of business processes,and development of new functions.Maintain the safeguard measures for the operation of the financial information platform,expect to further improve the level of financial management informatization,and achieve business goals.The research findings of this paper will enrich the research theory of financial information platform,and provide thinking and enlightenment for the optimization and construction of financial information platform of other enterprises. |
