In recent years,with the increasing traffic demand,road traffic has become more and more congested.In this case,the outbreak of emergencies is likely to cause large-scale traffic congestion and paralysis,which will seriously affect the rescue of rescue vehicles and the evacuation of ordinary vehicles.In order to effectively alleviate the traffic congestion problem under emergencies,this thesis develops the research and application of emergency-oriented regional traffic dispatching optimization technology.Among them,the main innovations and work of this thesis are as follows:(1)A traffic light control method combined with the shortest path algorithm is proposed.This method uses the shortest path algorithm to select the initial path for the emergency vehicle,and designs a method that can notify the nearby signal lights to turn on the green light for the emergency vehicle during its driving.By using simulation software such as SUMO,OMNe T++,and Veins,the emergency vehicle dispatching experiment was carried out in a certain area of Berlin,Germany as the simulation environment.The experimental results show that,compared with the method of directly adopting the shortest path rescue,this method can effectively reduce the congestion time of emergency vehicles,thus greatly shortening the response time of emergency vehicles.At the same time,the method proposed in this thesis ensures the smooth passage of emergency vehicles and ensures the driving safety of emergency vehicles.(2)A Markov strategy iteration method for emergency evacuation is proposed.This method establishes a Markov strategy iteration model for the traffic evacuation area,and optimizes the algorithm model by reducing the number of iterations futher.The vicinity of Chengdu Tianfu New District was selected as the experimental site,and the regional traffic evacuation experiment was carried out in SUMO.The experimental results show that compared with the shortest path algorithm and the Markov strategy iteration algorithm before optimization,the optimized Markov strategy iteration model will shorten the average time of regional traffic evacuation.By the way,the evacuated road also ensures the smooth passage of emergency vehicles.(3)Design and implement a set of urban road traffic emergency simulation system.The detailed design and technical application of the simulation system are carried out from the aspects of function composition,cooperation relationship and task execution.The system can carry out emergency vehicle dispatching simulation experiments and regional traffic evacuation simulation experiments in simple scenarios.Subsequent test results have verified the feasibility of the simulation system.The main work of this thesis covers theoretical research and technical application,and proposes a method for dispatching emergency vehicles and a method for regional traffic evacuation in emergencies.The research results can be applied to many fields such as urban management and traffic engineering.
