With the development of urban public transport,it has resulted in a huge urban public transportation passenger volume,and the conflicts between bus passengers and drivers have increased accordingly.After bus passengers find themselves missing their bus stop,their psychology and emotions will change.And some passengers may make dangerous behaviors that affect the safe driving of bus drivers.At the same time,the bus drivers will react to the passengers’ behavior,which is bad for the safe driving of the bus.At present,the literature research on bus passengers and drivers has mainly focused on bus passengers’ satisfaction and drivers’ risk behavior,there are only a few studies on passengers’ and drivers’ behavior in situations when bus passengers missed the bus stop.Therefore,it is not clear which factors will influence the behavior of passengers and drivers after passengers missed the bus stop.This paper firstly summarizes the research status of passenger behavior,driver behavior and the influence of passenger on driver behavior.Extracting a number of influencing factors such as passenger’s gender,age,the frequency of taking bus,monthly income level,etc.to study passenger behavior,and extracting a number of influencing factors such as driver’s gender,age,driving time,driving mileage,etc.to study driver’s behavior.At the same time,considering the situation of passengers missing the bus stop and the influence of passengers on the driver’s behavior,add three passenger factors that may affect driver behavior,such as passenger’s gender,age,and behavior type.Secondly,according to the important influencing factors extracted above,using the RP and SP survey method,designs the RP questionnaire to investigate passenger behavior and the “RP+SP” questionnaire to investigate driver behavior.The questionnaire data was collected by offline survey,and the original data collected were sorted and filtered,and obtained 848 valid data on passenger behavior,260 valid data on driver behavior.Reliability and validity analysis and multi-collinearity test were carried out to ensure that the valid questionnaire data were suitable for the next logistic regression analysis.According to the type of passenger and driver data collected,ordered logit model and multinomial logit model are selected for modeling and analysis.By analyzing the modeling results of passenger anxiety level,it can be seen that the passenger’s travel date type,travel weather,monthly income level,the frequency of taking bus,passenger’s familiarity with the distance between stops and whether to take bus during peak are important factors that will affect the passenger anxiety level under both models.However,another four factors,including passenger’s age,occupational type,whether traveling with relatives or friends,and passenger’s waiting time at the bus stop,will have significant effects in different models.By analyzing the modeling result of driver data,it can be found that the five factors of driver’s gender,age,marital status,driving time,passenger age,and passenger’s behavior type are significant factors which affect driver behavior in two types of models.The two factors of education level,and passenger gender are only significant in the ordered logit model. |
