With the continuous growth of the domestic market economy and the transformation and adjustment of the economic structure,customers have put forward higher requirements on the diversification of freight products and the quality of transportation organizations.Although,in order to meet the transportation needs of different customers,the railway department has developed different types of freight products,and accordingly improved the freight organization method and improved the efficiency of freight organization.However,restricted by the traditional internal production concept of railways,the freight product structure system and freight organization method cannot fully adapt to the dynamically changing freight market demand.Based on this,this paper studies the market-oriented railway freight product design and organization optimization.While enriching and improving the freight product system,it proposes a market-oriented railway freight organization method that comprehensively,timely and flexibly responds to the dynamic changes of freight flow.The main work and research contents of the paper include the following aspects:(1)Explain the connotation and relationship between market orientation and freight products,take the changes in freight volume,freight turnover,and market share as the breakthrough point,analyze the overall market status of railway freight,and combine freight demand to clarify my country’s railway freight products The evolution characteristics and existing problems,and put forward market-oriented railway freight product design ideas.(2)Based on the quality function expansion method,subdivide the current freight market,determine the target market,analyze the customer demand of the target market and the technical and economic characteristics of freight products,and establish a quality house for railway freight product design on this basis,according to the decision analysis of the quality house Determine the three dimensions of freight product design,divide railway freight products into 4 major categories and 14 sub-categories through the combination of dimensions,and explore the transportation organization mode of freight products.(3)Based on the characteristics of market-oriented railway freight products and the requirements for transportation organization,put forward a market-oriented railway freight transportation organization method,analyze the optimization needs of marketoriented railway freight organization on this basis,and improve the market-oriented railway freight organization Optimize the frame.(4)Based on the freight organization optimization method and multi-commodity flow service network design principle of "direct origination + direct direct access +transit and assembly",aiming at the minimum railway operation cost and customer logistics cost,considering the demand,the number of transit times,and the delivery time limit,capacity and other constraints,build a market-oriented railway freight organization optimization model,in order to reduce the problem solving scale,construct freight product alternative sets,use an improved simulated annealing algorithm to solve,and give the algorithm solution process and pseudocode.(5)Construct the case and solve it.The comparative analysis of the case results with the full direct transportation scheme shows that the combined optimization scheme is more effective in terms of network scale,scheme economy and transportation timeliness.
