The computer based interlocking interior engineering design is an important part of the railway signal engineering design,whose main content is to design interior interface circuits in the form of wiring diagrams according to the actual station situation.At present,most of the computer based interlocking engineering design adopts Auto CAD software for auxiliary design,which requires manual drawing of a large number of drawings,including unit block arrangement table,unit block rack side wiring table,etc.Although in recent years,various signal design units have been developing auxiliary software related to signal design,the research of auxiliary software related to interlocking interior wiring is still immature due to the complex station conditions,large amount of interior engineering design data,and the lack of unified specifications for interior engineering design.Based on the design of DS6-K5 B computer based interlocking engineering,this thesis studies and analyzes the interior engineering design diagram of DS6-K5 B interlocking system and the technical specifications of railway signal engineering design,and uses C# language to design and realize the automatic generation software of interlocking interior wiring based on Auto CAD secondary development under the integrated development environment of Visual Studio 2017.The software takes the station equipment information table or outdoor signal layout drawing as input data,automatically generates relevant wiring diagrams of interior engineering design in combination with relevant configuration files,and saves the wiring result into Excel files or DWG files.The research contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,introduce the content of computer based interlocking interior engineering design,define the design requirements of software,divide the functional modules of software and give the overall working process of software.And then,standardize the formats of configuration files and input files,and design general software data formats to adapt to the complex outdoor station conditions to improve software applicability.On this basis,research and analyze interlocking interior engineering wiring rules,design and implement interior engineering wiring generation logic,and automatically realize the determination of relay unit block and generation of wiring diagrams such as unit block rack arrangement table,unit block rack side wiring table,distributing terminal board wiring table,anti-lightning distributing terminal rack arrangement table,interface cabinet wiring table,input and output board wiring table,inter-rack power supply loop diagram and unit block rack zero-layer wiring diagram,etc.At the same time,read DWG file of railway outdoor signal layout drawing directly,and output automatic wiring data in DWG format with Teigha development library,an Auto CAD secondary development technology separated from Auto CAD operating environment.Through the modular program design and Auto CAD secondary development technology,the software can automatically generate the wiring diagram in DWG format directly according to the configuration files and outdoor signal layout drawing,avoiding the possible errors of manual wiring and reducing the repetitive operation of designers,which improves the drawing quality and design efficiency of engineering design,and is of great significance to improve the automation level of railway signal engineering design.
