With the development of science and technology,mechanical and electrical products are developing rapidly in the direction of integration and complexity,and cable network layout,as an essential part of mechanical and electrical products,has complex and trivial characteristics.The traditional detection process of cable network mostly adopts manual or semi-manual detection method,which is time-consuming,inefficient,and difficult to analyze and deal with problems.And whether it is traditional manual wiring or computer-aided wiring,there are many unsolved problems.In order to reduce the design cycle of mechanical and electrical products,improve the reliability of products,develop appropriate inspection software,which can solve the problems in the wiring link as much as possible in the cable network wiring design stage.On the basis of previous research,combined with the needs of research and development of Cabling Software for related scientific research projects,this paper studies and analyzes the minimum bending radius and assembly allowance inspection method of cables in the virtual environment.Through the secondary development tool of UG and the vs compiler,a rapid inspection software for cable network cabling is developed,which realizes the minimum bending of cables in the cabling network Inspection of radius and assembly allowance.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:1.A routing inspection model based on A~* algorithm is created.The advantages and disadvantages of three routing algorithms(RRT algorithm,PRM algorithm and A~* algorithm)are analyzed and compared.RRT algorithm has low node utilization rate and zigzag path,PRM algorithm has many sampling points,large amount of calculation,and the path is not necessarily optimal.A * algorithm has strong search ability and is the optimal path.Finally,A~* algorithm is chosen as the routing algorithm of the model.The route is fitted by cubic spline interpolation function,and the sharp corner is smoothed by spline curve.Finally,the cable network routing inspection model is created.2.The inspection rules of minimum bending radius and assembly allowance are established.This paper studies and analyzes the situation of cable network routing,deeply studies the design rules of cable geometric properties and assembly properties in the routing network,establishes the inspection rules of minimum bending radius and assembly allowance,and completes the creation of cable specification library and cable rule library.3.Based on the secondary development of UG,a rapid inspection software of cable network wiring is developed.Understand and master the development process of UG secondary development tools(UG/Open Menu Script,UG/Open API,UG/Open GRIP,UG/Open UIStyler)and application programs,and use UG secondary development tools to design the menu and user dialog interface of the inspection software.This paper analyzes the minimum bending radius and assembly allowance checking process of cable,and completes the corresponding software development and design of cable network wiring quick checking with vs compilation.4.The application verification of the rapid inspection software is carried out.The work flow of the software is analyzed.Through the verification of the minimum bending radius and assembly allowance of the six types of cables in the model,the data obtained is accurate and meets the initial requirements of the design.The software has practical engineering application value.
