This paper's title comes from the scientific and technological project to meet the practical demands of the railway signaling engineering. In order to ensure the new devices successfully used for the first time, it must perform the interlocking testing to confirm the correctness of the interlocking relationship during the construction of the railway signaling station electrical interlocking. During the process of the interlocking testing, signaling and switch devices can be connected with the site actual ones, which, although not really, can be replaced by simple simulated ways. As being subjected to the restrictions of the objective conditions, the track circuit, which is indispensable to ensure the interlocking relationships and complete the interlocking testing, can not be really connected with the whole system to perform the integrated testing, that is why a suit of devices substitute for track circuit are needed to carry out the interlocking inspection.Presently, while carrying on the interlocking testmg, the domestic craft brothers use the track analog trays made by button or key switch and control the track circuit relays up-and-down artificially, which is low-reliability, low-efficiency and difficult for accomplishing overall interlocking testing, in addition, it is repeated to design different analog trays for different station yards. This paper aims at the existing problems of the switch track analog tray during the station interlocking system's construction, and puts forward the method of making the universal intellectual track analog tray based on the computer technology to overcome the disadvantages of the artificial analog tray.
