In the traditional plane design of OCS in stations,designers often relied experience.The reliability of pantograph and catenary systems in stations cannot be guaranted.It consumes manpower and material.Therefore,it is necessary to study the digitization of the layout of the OCS in stations to improve the reliability and efficiency of the design.Taking the station OCS as the research object,this paper studies the digitization of the station OCS layout through theoretical analysis,mathematical modeling,parameter calculation and example verification.Firstly,the plane layout of the station OCS at the current stage is introduced.Based on the analysis of the relevant design standards and design parameters,the OCS in the station is divided into two parts,the crossing clamp at both ends and the station yard.Some important principles that need to be observed in plane layout are summarized,including the design principle of single-branch catenary suspension,the design principle of double-branch catenary suspension and the design principle of crossing clamp.Secondly,the working principle and theoretical parameters of pantograph and OCS are analyzed.Different layout schemes of crossing clamp are proposed.The mathematical model of pantograph and crossing clamp are established by introducing geometric and mechanical methods.The principle of the plane layout of the OCS in the station is analyzed.By introducing the method of mathematical programming,the objective function and various constraints of the plane layout are obtained.And the model of the plane layout of the OCS in the station is established.Through the parameter calculation of the characteristic positions and characteristic points between the pantograph and the crossing clamp mathematical model,the crossing clamp layout algorithm is obtained.The algorithm includes the calculation process of the crossing clamp plane layout.By summarizing all models and algorithms and developing the automatic drawing function of AUTOCAD,a digital system for the layout of the OCS in the station is formed.It is developed into an easy-to-use software.Finally,the accuracy and feasibility of the model and algorithm in the digital layout method of this paper are verified by the application of an example of OCS layout in a station.The results of this example are proposed as follow.The OCS layout inside the station is better than the original layout in terms of span length uniformity and number of poles.The model of the plane layout of the OCS in the station can better reflect the actual situation of the OCS in the station.The improved particle swarm algorithm has better applicability in solving this model.When pantograph changes from straight strands to side strands,the layout plan of the crossing clamp can make the enter branch contact on the strip.When pantograph changes from side strands to straight strands,this plan can make the enter branch contact on the same side of the exit branch.This plan is more reliable than the original plan.Mathematical models of pantograph and crossing clamp can truly reflect the situation,when the pantograph passes the crossing clamp.Digitization makes the layout of the OCS of the station more objective and reliable.The automatic conversion of the calculated digital body to the CAD drawing improves the design efficiency.
