With the deepening of China’s railway enterprise and market-oriented reform,the internal enterprise management and external transport management of railway have an increasingly strong demand for information.After more than 40 years of construction,railway informatization in China has gradually covered all levels of railway dispatching and all business production units.The vehicle service section is an important unit in charge of the vehicle transportation business,mainly responsible for the control and command of train operation and the management of station freight and other businesses.In recent years,with the construction of safety production command center in the vehicle depot continuously advancing in the whole road,the vehicle depot has added the function of assisting the dispatching office of the Railway Bureau to conduct dispatching command.Ever train operation depot is generally by optimizing the management pattern and the transport organization mode to improve the production efficiency of train operation depot,and to ensure the safety of production operation,needs to be by means of computer technology and information technology within the scope of the jurisdiction of the train operation depot,freight station of centralized dispatching command,and realize the train operation depot and railway administrations scheduling by direct data interaction.The existing vehicle depot management system only has the function of information summary or safety analysis,but does not have the ability to command,control and supervise the field operation.Under this background,the production scheduling command system of vehicle depot is developed,which consists of station client,dispatching room client and service terminal.The service terminal provides data and network services for the operation of the whole system.This thesis mainly discusses the analysis,design and implementation process of service end of production scheduling command system of vehicle depot.The main research contents are as follows:(1)For the safety of the train operation depot safety production command center scheduling command and control,transportation,statistics and analysis of production function,and the current management system of the existence of train operation depot problems such as insufficiency and information means backward,to the production scheduling command system functional requirements analysis,design the system of the overall framework and hierarchy,The functional requirements and performance requirements of the server are extracted from the functions and frameworks of the system.(2)In order to meet the requirements of system portability and scalability,for train operation depot production operation process,and realize the system function,summarized the data needed for and organize,design and production scheduling command system server database,storing scheduling command plan,current car and station structure and the static and dynamic production data configuration data,The production command and dispatch system is suitable for most vehicle service sections.In order to improve the efficiency of data access,we use the technology of dividing table and design the history table in server database.At the same time,the server design database management module to manage the production data,on this basis,the establishment of a local database,reduce the data query time,improve the response speed of the server.(3)Business function modules are designed in the server,which realize the following business functions of the production scheduling command system: statistics of present vehicles,statistics of cash rate of production plans,automatic table passing,message prompt generation,early warning of loading and unloading operations,production data query and operation supervision.In addition,aiming at the communication demand of production dispatching command system and data synchronization demand of station client and dispatching room client,network communication is designed based on socket to realize unicast and directional broadcast.(4)Through the function test of the client of the production scheduling command system,the function and performance of the server are tested on site,and the function and performance of the server meet the system requirements.The server supports the production scheduling command system to achieve: The four core functions of directing production operations,supervising production operations,analysis and statistics of production data,and control of security equipment promote the informatization of transportation organization,centralization of dispatching command,intelligentization of dispatching decision,and integration of management and control.
