The rapid development of China’s railway freight transportation has led to an increasing number of maintenance of railway freight trains year by year,which has brought a huge workload to the maintenance of railway freight trains in large train depots.With the construction of standardized and informationized stations and depots for many years,large train depots have basically built multiple accessory maintenance assembly lines.The operations follow the requirements of information management,and the process execution standards are rule-based,which effectively ensures the quality and efficiency of maintenance.However,due to the great complexity of production organization in large train depots,there is still a common phenomenon of "rule by man" in production command,personnel scheduling,and accessory allocation.The organization and scheduling mainly rely on the experience and on-site response of on-site managers and workers,which has a large optimization space.Studying such issues has significant engineering application value in improving production organization efficiency and ensuring maintenance quality.This article selects two main scheduling problems from the maintenance scheduling problems existing in large train depots for optimization.Firstly,modern heuristic algorithms are used to solve the railway maintenance personnel scheduling model,in order to obtain a reasonable allocation plan for railway maintenance personnel;The second is to optimize the scheduling of wheel set selection,providing the optimal selection plan for the wheel set selection of railway freight trains in large train depots.First of all,through the analysis and summary of production needs and domestic and foreign railway freight train maintenance scheduling problems,this paper expounds the importance of maintenance work in the operation of large train depots,especially the importance of scheduling optimization in the maintenance process.Secondly,the maintenance methods of railway freight trains in large train depots were analyzed,and in-depth research was conducted on the scheduling problems that affect freight train maintenance.The maintenance process and existing scheduling problems of railway freight trains in terms of railway carriage maintenance and wheel set selection were elaborated in detail.By comparing the characteristics of modern intelligent algorithms,it is proposed to use the improved NSGA-II algorithm and the improved Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm as the solving methods for the scheduling of railway maintenance personnel and wheel set selection scheduling models for large railway carriages in this paper.Once again,the establishment of a scheduling model for railway maintenance personnel in large train depots has been completed,and several constraints that are suitable for the maintenance personnel in train depots have been proposed.The problem of scheduling railway maintenance personnel can be regarded as a parallel machine scheduling problem.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional NSGA-II algorithm,such as weak convergence and slow convergence speed,this paper improves the algorithm by expanding the initial population and adding a pseudo fitness function,and uses the improved NSGA-II algorithm to solve the problem of railway maintenance personnel scheduling in the maintenance of railway carriage.The resulting railway maintenance personnel allocation scheme is expressed in the form of a Gantt chart,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified through an example.Finally,based on the selection requirements of railway freight train wheel sets in large train depots,a selection method based on improved Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm is proposed by analyzing the current methods of wheel set selection.This method is extended to the wheel set selection operation of railway freight trains,and the feasibility of this method is verified through examples.Finally,a set of optimal wheel set selection schemes is obtained. |
