With the rapid and steady development of China’s economic,the process of urbanization has been accelerated.Metropolises and urban agglomerations are appearing in China.Rail transit system has the advantages of high efficiency,high safety,and quick,which makes it become popular in China’s metropolises and urban agglomerations.Among rail transit systems,commuter rail and urban rail transit systems play important roles in transporting passengers and goods in China’s metropolises and urban agglomerations,respectively.In recent years,transfer stations between commuter rail and urban rail transit systems are gradually appearing with the rapid development of China’s commuter rail and urban rail transit systems.Therefore,it is urgent to evaluate the transfer service level of transfer stations between commuter rail and urban rail transit systems.Firstly,we demonstrate the transfer stations between commuter rail and urban rail transit systems and its transfer service level.On the basis of definitions of commuter rail and urban rail transit systems,the difference between the above two systems is declared.The transfer station between commuter rail and urban rail transit systems is defined and its common transfer manners are drawn.Then,the definition of a transfer station’s transfer service level is demonstrated.Secondly,the indicators applied to evaluate a transfer station’s transfer service level are proposed after selecting,quantifying,and further choosing the indicators,based on analyzing the factors of the station’s transfer service level.Then,the comprehensive evaluation model is formulated after utilizing the cloud model and group processes to calculate the indicators’ weights.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation model is applied to evaluate the transfer service level of Xipu station which is the transfer stations between Chengdu-Dujiangyan Railway and Chengdu subway lines 2 and 6.After introducing the comprehensive data process method which integrates questionnaire and AnyLogic simulation,the Xipu station’s transfer service level is evaluated.Finally,some useful suggestions are proposed based on the evaluation results.
