Research On The Evaluation And Optimization Strategy Of Community Aging Facilities Under The Concept Of Healthy City

With the acceleration of urbanization,the imbalance in the allocation of urban spatial resources has brought about a range of prosocial issues,as effectively as a mental and physic impact on urban residents.As the world’s demographic aging intensifies,the aging process has emerged as a key globally strategically vital issuance.Allocation for the aging facilities a communities are inextricably linked to the elderly’s day-to-day life.The study of aging facilities has some conceptual and empirical implications to create a suitable healthy environment for the aged community.The study found that there are relatively few evaluation methods for aging facilities at home and abroad,and no methodical analyses on the demands of the aged in communities.By means of questionnaire surveys as well as on-site inspections,this article researches the behavioral patters and the fundamental traits among the aged in the context of three dimensional aspects to comprehensively understand the needs of the aged for aging facilities.Guided by the problem,based on the idea of "fundamental investigation-theoretical introductions-evaluating methodology constructions-methodology applications and issue summaries-optimizing strategy suggestions",this paper explores how to solve the scientific problem of more rational allocation of the aging facilities in the community with the idea of the healthy cities.Firstly,the related concepts of healthy city,the healthy community and the aging facilities are sorted out,and the connection among the aged people and a community aging facility is also analyzed at the dimension of demand.According to the survey of current developments and researches on healthy cities and aging facilities and the summary of the relevant index schemes of healthy communities at domestic and overseas,this essay clarifies the researched processes and framework for the community facilities for aging in the concepts of a healthy city,and forms the theoretical basis of research.Then,on the basis of screening healthy cities,the healthy community and relevant indexes,the evaluation indicator systems of community appropriate aging facilities is obtained according to the usage characteristics of aging facilities,including: medical and health facilities,business serving devices,the community serving amenities,the community elderly care service amenities,health and physical exercise facilities,health supporting facilities and greening facilities,and 39 evaluation index factors.Taking Xuguang Community in Meishan City as an example,the results show that there are some problems in the community,such as medical and health facilities need to be improved,convenient commercial facilities lack suitable aging design,service guarantee facilities need to be optimized,pension activities facilities are insufficient,health sports facilities are scattered,and municipal greening facilities are single.Finally,the corresponding optimization strategy of Xuguang community aging facilities is proposed.Taking the concept of healthy city as the research perspective,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of aging facilities in Xuguang Community of Meishan City,obtains the corresponding optimization construction plan,creates a healthy aging friendly community environment,and has certain reference value for the construction of aging facilities in other cities.
