In order to optimize the structure of automobile industry,and reduce the problem of energy and environment,the state has issued a large number of industry incentive policies,which promote the development of new energy vehicles.The automobile enterprises have to shift from traditional to new energy and intelligent under this background.This article choose Changan Automobile to research its performance of strategic transformation.Since2007,Changan Automobile is expected to stop producing traditional energy cars by 2025,and transform into intelligent low carbon travel technology company.Analyzing the performance of Changan Automobile’s strategic transformation,which is specially significant for enterprise management.This paper is based on the existing research,then from the perspective of industrial policy,sorting out the relevant new energy industry policies to analyze the impact of the latest dual-credit policy on the automobile enterprises’ production and sales.Accordingly,to analyze the causes and road of Changan Automobile’s strategic transformation,then select other companies in the same industry to compare the business performance of Changan Automobile’s transformation process.Based on the goal of enterprise strategic transformation,through analytic hierarchy process to construct the performance evaluation system of Changan Automobile’s strategic transformation,including three levels of policy benefit,operation benefit and social benefit,five dimensions of investment,innovation,customer,finance and social responsibility and 20 evaluation indicators,and introduces EVA into the financial dimension to measure the actual surplus income of the enterprise.Through Changan Automobile management,determine the weight of each dimension and index.Combined with this performance evaluation system,calculate the fuzzy score of Changan automobile’s strategic transformation,which can be compared with the calculation results after the subsequent substitution index value.Putting the various indicators value of Changan Automobile from 2017 to 2021 into the performance evaluation system,and analyzing the different dimensions,different years and comprehensive performance scores of Changan Automobile since its transformation.The study found that the implementation effect of Changan Automobile’s strategic transformation is poor,which is mainly reflected in the dimensions of investment,innovation and finance,and the company’s policy benefits and operating benefits are low.Changan Automobile is far from the strategic transformation goal to be achieved before 2025.The company shall increase the new energy and intelligent related fixed assets investment and equity investment.On the one hand,to increase the power system research and development and innovation,gradually expand new energy vehicle capacity and sales.On the other hand,Changan Automobile should be more industry layout,build characteristic service software to reduce the traditional car business cuts on business profits.At the same time,the company should reasonably choose production,purchase or transfer strategies to reduce the negative impact of the dual-credit policy on the enterprise.Subsequently,in order to effectively promote the strategic transformation of Changan Automobile,the performance evaluation system can be used to monitor the completion of the enterprise’s strategic objectives,timely adjust and improve the deficiencies of the transformation,and help the enterprise develop healthily,green and sustainable.
