Study On The Design Of Residential Quality Improvement Of Cluster Stations In Chengdu

China has turned to the stage of high-quality development.Improving the quality of urbanization development,improving the quality of urban life,and making people’s life better are the necessary requirements for urban development.In recent years,with the vigorous development of social economy and the gradual expansion of urban scale,the traffic demand also increases,and the speed of rail transit construction shows a trend of acceleration.When a large number of rail transit stations are implanted into the urban space,it will inevitably have a huge impact on housing,thus guiding the construction of residential quality oriented by high-quality development,and gradually returning the design concept to "people-oriented".Chengdu cluster sites connect multiple industrial parks,characteristic towns,communities and other Spaces,and their strong clustering makes a large number of urban residents near the sites.At the same time,the relatively backward development and improper construction of urban space near most cluster stations lead to a great contradiction between residents’ demand for living quality and the physical space environment around the stations.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the residential quality improvement design of cluster stations in Chengdu.The paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is "Introduction",first summarizes the research background,scope,object,purpose and significance;Then,the relevant theoretical basis and research status of this study are sorted out,and the shortcomings of existing research and the guiding role of this paper are summarized to provide theoretical basis for the paper.Finally,the research content,methods and framework are sorted out.The second chapter is "Analysis on the status quo of residential quality affected by cluster stations in Chengdu".Then,through the investigation and analysis of the influence of cluster level stations on residential conditions,traffic travel,resident characteristics,residential quality satisfaction and residential quality improvement needs,the existing problems of cluster level stations on regional residential quality are sorted out.The third chapter is "Analysis on the influencing factors and mechanism of cluster stations affecting regional residential quality in Chengdu".Firstly,the relevant analysis model is explained.Then according to the existing problems,this paper sorted out the factors that affect the regional residential quality of cluster level stations and made quantitative explanations.Then,based on Pearson correlation calculation results between influencing factors and residential quality satisfaction,the influencing mechanism of influencing factors on residential quality was analyzed from single factor and comprehensive levels.The fourth chapter is "Strategies for improving the residential quality of the area affected by cluster stations in Chengdu".Firstly,based on the previous research results,the author puts forward the principles of humanistic,systematic and differentiated residential quality improvement.Then,by referring to excellent cases at home and abroad,relevant design norms and design guidelines,the improvement methods of residential quality of suitable cluster level were summarized,and the relevant design strategies of sensitive beneficial promotion,slow beneficial promotion and inhibitory factors were proposed.The fifth chapter is "Design of Residential Quality Improvement in affected areas of Chengdu Petroleum University Station".Firstly,it explains the reasons for selecting Petroleum University Station.Then,based on the factors influencing regional housing quality of cluster level stations summarized above,the current situation is analyzed again,and the existing problems affecting regional housing quality of petroleum university stations are further sorted out.Finally,based on the strategy of improving the residential quality of the influence area of the group level stations,the residential quality of the influence area of the petroleum university station is improved.The sixth chapter is "conclusions and prospects",which summarizes the research and explains the shortcomings and prospects of the research.
