Study On The Quality Measurement And Influence Mechanism Of Urban Street Based On Street View Data

With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,China's urbanization has made remarkable achievements in the world.However,which behind the rapid development of urbanization is the extensive urban development models.This has also brought many urban problems,such as traffic congestion,insufficient public space and environmental degradation.This series of urban problems has caused a decline in urban space quality and lack of vitality of the city.Now,it is the important period of urban construction transformation in China,urban construction has shifted from extensive to optimized stock development.Urban street space is an open place for citizens to conduct public exchanges and hold various activities.It is an important area that shows the city's image and creates a high-quality,high-energy urban space.It is necessary to provide the public with a diverse,comfortable and high-quality material environment.In this context,this paper takes the quality of street space as the research object and chooses the central city of Nanjing as a research case.This paper uses the urban spatial data and streetscape image data to establish the basic database of quantitative study of street space quality.This paper constructs a system for measuring the quality of street space from the objective material space and the subjective perceptions of street space.The measuring system includes eight evaluation indicators: Spatial feasibility index,Publicfacility convenience index,road-network accessibility index,Land-use diversity index,Pedestrian safety index,Spatial comfort index,Color richness index and Social occasions index.Based on the quantitative evaluation of Nanjing street space quality,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of street space quality distribution and the internal and external driving mechanism of spatial quality by correlation analysis and factor clustering analysis method,This article summarizes the three effects of external environmental factors and the five basic modes of internal evaluation factors.Finally,with the mode cases analysis of real urban street space around the world,this paper had proposed the space patterns,indicator features and the corresponding control strategies of the five modes according to the combination of factors and the characteristics of dominant factor.Specifically,the full text is structured as follows:-The first chapter is the introduction part of this paper,mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research content,research method and technical route and other basic content.-The second chapter is the theoretical research part of the quality of street space.This chapter mainly describes the basic concept of street space and street spacial quality,then has a more comprehensive understanding of street quality through the change of the demands for the quality of the streets in different periods.Based on a large number of empirical and quantitative research cases around the world,this chapter sums up the evaluation factors and quantitative evaluation methods of street space quality,and lays a theoretical foundation for the construction and quantification of street space quality measurement system.-In the third chapter,the data sources and data processing methods of quantitative research are introduced in detail.Based on the theoretical research results,the evaluation factors of the quality of street space are screened,and the evaluation indexes of the quality of street space are determined,which is the basis of quantitative research.-The fourth and fifth chapters are core empirical parts of this paper.Among them,the fourth chapter measures the index system of street space quality evaluation and studies the quantitative results and spatial distribution characteristics of street space quality of Nanjing central area based on Street View recognition technology and ArcGIS data processing and analysis platform.The fifth chapter,through the correlation analysis and the factor cluster analysis,excavates the internal and external mechanism of urban street space quality from the overall level,and concludes five kinds of construction modes of street space quality.-The sixth chapter interprets the five basic modes of street space quality from the evaluation index and spatial characteristics,and selects 10 typical cases of street at home and abroad to carry on the concrete analysis,and puts forward the grading control strategy to the street space quality;-Finally,the seventh chapter summarizes the main conclusions and innovations,provides some reference and direction for the follow-up research.
