Research On Evaluation Of Rail Transit Route Selection Scheme Based On Social Stability Evaluation

With the continuous acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the construction of rail transit projects will involve more and more issues related to the vital interests of the people.As a key infrastructure sector related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood,the potential social stability risks of rail transit project construction and operation have also been widely concerned by the public.In order to make more scientific and reasonable evaluation and decision-making of route selection schemes and minimize the social stability risk caused by the construction and operation of rail transit projects,the idea of social stability evaluation should be introduced in the evaluation and comparison of route selection schemes.Based on this premise,the paper carries out research.The main research contents and conclusions include:Firstly,the comprehensive evaluation index system of rail transit route selection scheme based on social stability is established.The screening principle of the social stability evaluation index system of rail transit route selection scheme is determined,the risk factors in all aspects are deeply analyzed,and a total of 10 risk factors in four categories are selected as the social stability evaluation indexes.On this basis,the conventional evaluation indexes are studied and analyzed,and the indexes are selected from the two aspects of engineering technology,economy and social benefits,Finally,a total of 17 indicators in 6 categories are constructed as the evaluation system of route selection scheme based on social stability analysis.Secondly,deeply study and analyze the relevant theories of monetization calculation,and select the monetization calculation principle suitable for the evaluation of social stability in the route selection stage;The selected 10 social stability evaluation indexes are further studied in detail,and the index calculation formula is constructed one by one.Then,the appropriate scheme evaluation method is selected to establish the evaluation model of route selection scheme based on social stability evaluation.This paper introduces the commonly used route selection scheme evaluation methods,analyzes their advantages,disadvantages and applicability,puts forward the cloud model projection method as the theoretical method of the evaluation model of the paper,introduces its calculation steps in detail,and forms the evaluation model of rail transit route selection scheme based on social stability.Finally,the local line scheme of a rail transit project in Guiyang is comprehensively evaluated based on social stability.The case is analyzed and calculated according to the constructed evaluation model,and the evaluation results are consistent with the expert opinions.It not only determines a better route selection scheme for the case,but also verifies the rationality and scientificity of the evaluation model of rail transit route selection scheme based on social stability evaluation.
