Elastic supported block ballastless track is widely used in long tunnel of heavy haul railway because of its good vibration reduction.Due to the large axle load of heavy haul railway,the track structure has large vertical deformation and vibration while reducing vibration,which affects the service performance of track structure and driving safety.In view of this,this paper aims to carry out the research on the influence law of dynamic response of elastic supported block ballastless track of heavy haul railway,so as to provide reference for the structural design,maintenance and repair of ballastless track of heavy haul railway in the future.The main contents are as follows:(1)The coupling dynamic model of vehicle and elastic supported block ballastless track of heavy haul railway is established by the ABAQUS finite element software,and the accuracy of the model is verified.(2)Based on the established model,the influence laws of fastener stiffness,micro porous rubber pad stiffness,driving speed and axle load on the dynamic responses of vehicle-track are analyzed,and the matching suggestions of fastener and micro porous rubber pad stiffness are proposed.(3)The influence laws of elastic strip fracture,fastener failure,fastener aging and micro porous rubber pad aging on the dynamic responses of vehicle-track are analyzed,compared with the dynamic response under normal working conditions,and the corresponding maintenance suggestions are given.(4)The influence laws of number and spacing of empty supports on the dynamic responses of vehicle-track are analyzed,compared with the dynamic response under normal working conditions,and the corresponding maintenance suggestions are given. |
