From the world's heavy haul technology trends,as far as possible to increase axle load, full use of the existing station line length,has gradually become the mainstream of the future direction of heavy-duty transport.In heavy-haul transport,Australia takes the important technical measures by improving vehicle axle load and increasing the number of train formation.Vehicle axle load has been increased to 37.5t,and further increased to 40t. Heavy axle load generally reached 32.5~35.7 tons in the United States,Canada and other countries.However,the maximum axle load of wagon in our country is 25t.Development of the axle load of wagons over 25t has become an inevitable trend.The increase in axle load of vehicles makes the issue of track structure have become increasingly prominent.This paper is based on the system including the rail,sleeper,ballast bed and subgrade. the 30t axle load of wagon is taken as example.The author mainly does the following work:1.The domestic and abroad development and application overview on ballasted track is discussed,especially for heavy haul Railway ballasted track structure in America,Austrlia and Canada.And then the gap of heavy haul Railway of our country is pointed out.2.In this paper,ANSYS,the finite element software,is adopted to establish the 3D computation model including the rail,sleeper,ballast bed and subgrade.3.We are analyzed from the static and dynamic point.Research is mainly on the influence of the factors,such as the axle load of the wagon,rail type,the stiffness of rail pad, the elastic modulus of ballast,which can affect on the statics characteristics of track structure.4.We are analyzed from the dynamic point.Research is mainly on the influence of the factors,such as the axle load of the wagon,rail type,the stiffness of rail pad,the elastic modulus of ballast,which can affect on the dynamic characteristics of track structure.So the rules of deformation and stress of track components can be obtained.Some suggestions on the design of the track structure with the 30t axle load are put forward.The paper not only has the oretical significance,there are important practical significance.The proposal is offered with the design of track structure and selection.
