The automobile industry is an important economic module in my country,which has played a great role in promoting economic development and social progress.In recent years,my country’s automobile sales have gradually transformed from a fast-growing growth market to a highly competitive stock market.As an automobile sales enterprise,4S stores are facing increasing operating pressure,so choose and formulate correct marketing strategies.,which is crucial to the achievement of profitability goals and sustainable development of enterprises.From the perspective of 7PS marketing theory,this research analyzes the current sales problems of Huawo Automobile Sales Company through literature analysis and investigation and research activities,and proposes an optimization plan for the company’s marketing management.Firstly,the research analyzes the macro and micro environment of Huawo Automobile Sales Company,summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the company in the field of automobile sales,and determines the development opportunities and threats of the company based on the internal situation of the company.Secondly,the research focuses on the actual operation of Huawo Automobile Sales Company to conduct investigation and research,summarize the current situation of the company’s marketing,and at the same time discover the defects in the company’s marketing,specifically:the lack of the company’s brand image,product prices There is no advantage in the competition;the profit channel of the enterprise is obviously single,and the profit structure is not scientific enough;the promotion means is single;the customer service awareness is not high.The specific reasons for these problems are analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn that this is because the company’s market marketing concept is insufficient,the company’s understanding of the marketing concept is not enough,the market information collection ability is poor,and the employee mobility in the company is high.Finally,the STP theory is used to find market opportunities with the help of market segmentation,and finally form its own market positioning,and then analyze the specific ideas of corporate marketing strategies,specifically from seven different aspects,and put forward corporate marketing strategies.Optimization recommendations,including product,promotion,price and process management for the enterprise.It is hoped that through such research activities,it will provide help for the automobile sales of Huawo Automobile Sales Company,and ensure that the enterprise still maintains vigorous development vitality under the background of product homogeneity in the market.
