| Low-voltage electrical appliances are important equipment for power supply and consumption enterprises,which are widely used in various fields.Benefiting from the development of the national economy and the support of relevant policies,the low-voltage electrical appliance industry has maintained a stable growth trend.At present,the domestic low-voltage electrical appliance industry has a high degree of marketization and fierce competition,and industry enterprises are mainly channel distribution,and the channel ecological environment has a huge impact on the development of enterprises.However,the low-voltage electrical appliance industry is facing the dilemma of rapid deterioration of the channel ecology,and the problems of channel inventory backlog,low-price competition,and channeling are prominent,and enterprises and distributor partners are facing greater pressure.In this context,the implementation of the 14 th Five-Year Plan and the "Dual Carbon" strategic goals has brought opportunities for innovation to the industry.In order to shape the channel ecology,improve the business environment,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,the low-voltage electrical appliance industry began to reform its distribution channels,integrated resources to focus on industry business expansion,and achieved a series of good results.This paper selects Chint Electric,a privately-owned listed company in the low-voltage electrical appliance industry,as the research object,and examines the impact of distribution channel changes on Chint Electric’s corporate performance through event research and comparative analysis,and deeply investigates its internal mechanism.The research results show that the optimization management of distribution channels can help improve the performance of the enterprise,and sort out the path of performance influence from two aspects: flat and digital channels.The specific manifestations are:(1)The channels are flattened through the establishment of the sales chief of sales with the distributor to achieve flat channels,reducing channel conflicts and achieving scale effects,thereby improving its profitability,bargaining capacity and market share;(2)digitalization of channels through channel digitalization transformation improves service quality,and enhances its customer viscosity,innovation and research and development capabilities.Finally,according to the research conclusions of this article,the three suggestions of this article are put forward from the dimensions of channel management,inventory management,and risk management.Under the current environment of "channel market",effective distribution channel management is crucial to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises and improve their efficiency.From the perspective of distribution channel management,this paper deeply examines the impact of channel reform on enterprise performance of low-voltage electrical appliance enterprises,which not only enriches the research literature in related fields of enterprise performance management,but also provides countermeasures and suggestions for the smooth promotion of enterprise channel reform. |
